Fantastic repair service
I have purchased several items now and never been disappointed. I broke one of the chains on a necklace recently (totally my own fault!) and asked about repairs. The repair service was fantastic with a quick turn around and it arrived back fixed and polished to perfection looking brand new again. I only wish i could buy everything!

Fantastic customer service too after my baby girl managed to break my chain. Caroline arranged for my whole necklace to go back for a clean and polish while they repaired it.
