The process was easy
The process was easy. I only didn't give 5 stars because after my shipment was received, I received an automated email saying that my package hadn't been received. However, customer service responded quickly and let me know that my package was processing. So, despite this little confusion, excellent process and fair payment. I will use again.

They are absolutely awful.Avoid!
They are absolutely awful! Do not send your books to them! They won’t pay you good money and they will claim that your books are worthless, missing front covers and overused. Customer service is disappointing! Blaming the customer ! Unseen service! There are so many other ways to sell your books, better than this! If you don’t want to get upset, just avoid them!

I feel totally ripped off
I feel totally ripped off. Was offered £170 for 4 boxes of books, they said many of the more valuable ones weren't sent (which was a lie) and gave me £120. What a scam.

Waste of time and money
They rejected a return of mine that was in perfect condition. They stole an $18 item because they said it was not acceptable. They also refused to return it. Do not recommend.

The process was so easy-
I’ve been selling much of our library in order to downsize. Type in the ISB number and you know right away if the book is accepted and how much you’ll get paid. I just put the accepted books is boxes, print out the label and take the boxes to FedEx. Very nice! Thank you.

They don't take all books you try to…
They don't take all books you try to sell them they pick and choose and you get very little for them. I went weeks without getting paid, or even receiving a notification that they had received the books I sent. Its a long process.

Easy To Use The Site
It is very easy to scan your items to see if they will take them or not. Box everything up and place the shipping label they send you on the box.
The disappointing thing is they give you hardly anything for some items which is sad because you know they will be reselling them for more money. I would like to see if the items are brand new still sealed you get more money for the item.
They do pay out quickly and that is good.
