I’ve been using SellAuth and overall the platform is clean, easy to use, and has a solid checkout experience. The setup process was straightforward, and managing products is simple and efficient.
However, I’m currently facing an issue where the dashboard is not showing any website traffic data. Even though I’m getting visitors, the traffic section remains empty. I’m not sure if this requires additional setup, analytics integration, or if there might be a delay in reporting.
Could the SellAuth team please clarify how the traffic tracking works and what steps are required to ensure website visits are properly recorded in the dashboard?
I’d appreciate some guidance on this.

Regarding the traffic section: at the moment, SellAuth does not have a built-in visitor analytics or traffic tracking system.
However, this is a feature we’re actively working on, and a built-in analytics/visitor tracking system will be included in our next platform update.
For now, if you’d like to monitor traffic, we recommend integrating a third-party analytics tool (such as Google Analytics or a similar service) with your custom domain.

I started using SellAuth about a week ago, and I think it is great! Site is easy to set up, payments come quickly, and it is organized. Only downside is that you have to pay to get a custom domain. I would rather give SellAuth a percent of my sales than pay monthly, can I do this?

Regarding custom domains: we totally understand your perspective. We operate with 0% fees, meaning merchants keep 100% of their sales profits. We really like keeping it that way, as it allows sellers to maximize their earnings without worrying about percentage-based deductions.

All sellauth stores are down realistically 15% of the time, errors are fixed so slowly by the sellauth team (probably 1 guy). Please upgrade your server sellauth because your uptime is a generational low.

The disruptions you experienced were the result of a large-scale DDoS attack, not server neglect or lack of resources. These attacks significantly impacted performance during that period. Since then, we’ve upgraded and strengthened our DDoS protection and infrastructure.
We’re happy to say that the improvements have been successful over the last 30 days, our recorded uptime is 99.8%, showing a major increase in stability compared to the affected period.
We know reliability is critical for sellers, and we take that responsibility seriously. Our team is continuously monitoring and improving the system to ensure consistent performance moving forward..
Good Website, Horrible Uptime & Responsiveness
I've been using the website for a while now. I have zero complaints about the website itself, but the servers SellAuth runs on are horrible.. like horrible. Throughout the day you can expect slow response times. Sometimes it'll genuinely go down for an hour, which is a lot of lost revenue to big sellers. They're always gonna pull the excuse that it happens and that it's technology, which is true, but there has to be an underlying issue that they won't discuss. It's either a critical level bug, or, they just need to spend more money on a server lol. Not to mention that no other competitors have this issue, i.e Billgang, SellHub, both SellSN and Sellix didn't have this issue either. It's purely unique to SellAuth which is why I don't care about their stupid excuse.
Nonetheless, the site is good, but expect downtime and horrible performance. Lots of pros, little cons to the site. Not gonna be bias just because of the downtime, hence why I'm giving a 3 star review. It's a big piece of it, and it surely sucks when you're trying to set up your shop or do major revamps, but they have a lot of good development that slightly acts as a counterweight.

The recent uptime and performance issues were caused by a large-scale DDoS attack, not underlying server limitations or ignored infrastructure problems. These types of attacks are unfortunately something many platforms face, and while technology is never 100% immune, we’ve been actively strengthening our mitigation systems and infrastructure to reduce the impact and prevent similar disruptions moving forward.
We completely understand how frustrating downtime can be especially for larger sellers where even short interruptions can mean lost revenue. That’s not something we take lightly. Significant upgrades and additional protections have already been implemented to improve stability and responsiveness.
We also appreciate you acknowledging the platform’s development and features despite the issues. Our goal is continuous improvement, both in features and reliability.

The best platform to sell your digital products
I switched to them after Sellsn shut down. I bought the business year plan about two months ago. Initially, I had some issues, like frequent outages and the embed system being down for several weeks. But I continued to trust them because, unlike other platforms, they offered good support, and I had the impression they would eventually fix all these problems. Now, I feel it was one of the best decisions I made to switch to SellAuth. Features like customizing emails, store features, embed translation, anti-VPN protection, and more have been fantastic. I would only appreciate it if, in the future, they added a system to modify embed styles and new payment methods to accept more cryptocurrencies. Otherwise, I'm thrilled with it and highly recommend it!

The Platform Steals Your Payments
They said there is a security breach in the crypto for 5% of sellers but every seller I contacted was affected by this security breach. I lost $200 by this security breach and its obviously just them just scamming, taking your money. They just now said half of the sellers have been compensated but no one did.
Update: I just got banned on their discord server for protesting this.

The recent incident was linked to the CVE affecting React/Next.js components that was disclosed globally in early December. The issue impacted a portion of merchants.
Reimbursements have already begun, and every affected merchant will receive the full amount of their missing funds. The process is expected to finish by the end of the year or early January.
Regarding moderation: bans are uncommon and typically only applied in cases of defamation or promotion of other platforms. Feedback and concerns are allowed, the goal is to keep discussions factual and avoid misinformation while the reimbursement process continues.
THEY ARE ALREADY SCAMMING (MUST READ)
They are already scamming with "security breach" with crypto, we know this is bullshit, they claimed that half of the sellers have been compensated and every seller I know has not been compensated. So they are scamming with crypto payouts, stay away if you have a brain.
They are trying to look as legit as possible, but they have no kyc or contracts, so nothing is secured or official, they will continue to scam later on and you will just waste your time on this platform.

A known vulnerability related to the CVE for the React/Next.js component stack was publicly disclosed around December 5–12, and it affected multiple platforms globally, not just ours.
Reimbursement for impacted merchants has already begun. Every affected merchant will receive the full amount of funds they lost, and the process is expected to be completed by the end of the year or early January.
The goal here is transparency, stability, and making sure everyone who was affected is made whole.
