The customer support is amazing
I got scammed by a guy on this site but the support team was so helpful they got me the money back. So if anyone ever gets scammed make sure to join there discord for support and get a refund if possible!

I used SellAuth for about two months
I used SellAuth for about two months to sell digital goods, and to be blunt, it’s pretty bad compared to other options. There’s no ticket system at all, changing your domain costs extra, and while there are free themes, they’re honestly terrible. Plus, there are constant issues with Cloudflare. It feels like they’re more focused on squeezing money out of users than actually making the platform stable or user friendly. There are way better choices out there, and I hope SellAuth starts fixing things before adding new features just to charge for them.

We totally get that not everything is perfect yet. Just to clarify a few things:
- We offer 0% fees to sellers, which means we need to support the platform through subscriptions and optional paid themes. It helps keep the core service affordable for everyone. That said, we’re always improving things, and a built-in ticket system is coming very soon.
Also, while there were some past hiccups with Cloudflare, we’ve had zero downtime over the past month, and stability has been a top priority for us.

They are scammers!
They are scammers, they take the money you earn through selling products. They terminated my store for no reason after stealing my payout
They also banned me from their Discord server too.

Illegal & daily downtimes
They do things illegal without letting you know, for example the payout system. They don’t have the licenses for that. Their stores are now marked as phishing.
About experience as seller, a lot of daily downtimes lasting hours or even days make you lose money, the only good thing is the 0% fees they offer.

There’s nothing illegal going on with our platform. Our payout system and crypto wallet are fully legitimate and compliant. The phishing warning you saw is a false alert from Cloudflare, and it only affects the landing page (main domain) - all stores remain safe and accessible.
As for downtime, we’ve had zero in the past month, the platform has been stable and running smoothly.
We always appreciate feedback and are constantly working to improve 💪

Support tell me to piss off If I don't understand something just tell me to 'give up'. Website goes down constantly and I have to use a VPN to even use it if its up as its blocked by multiple ISP's

Some ISPs do block our endpoints (SellAuth), which might be why you're having trouble. Using a VPN is usually the easiest fix, but if you'd rather not, you can also try reaching out to your ISP and report the endpoint being blocked, sometimes they can lift it.

Good if you wan't to lose money
Sellauth itself is an "OK" concept, however they are really awful. Daily downtime (I wish I kidding), sometimes even taking hours/days, making you lose a lot of money. Features missing, your custom domain not working, can't even upload images and terrible/non-existent support/developer. Always blaming cloudflare or ddosers for their issues but let's be honest, they are just lazy and bad.

Just to update you: the domain issues and image upload problems have actually been resolved for a while now. We’ve also been actively looking into ways to reduce (or even completely remove) our reliance on Cloudflare to help improve overall stability moving forward.

No longer a great service.
SellAuth is unfortunately not a great platform anymore. A few months ago, they were amazing. They had no fees, which pretty much overrules everything else wrong, but as of recently, their downtime have gotten horrible, and downright illegal. They are down for days at a time, and their support close the tickets when anyone complains about it. I've put at least $40,000 through this business, and haven't even received any help when experiencing issues. I have since switched away from SellAuth, and starting using a different platform. I *had* to do this, because they decided to ban me from their discord server, after finding me in their competitors discord. The arrogance and immaturity of the staff team is so immense, that I don't have words for it.

Poor support system and scammers
I bought a Rockstar account from a site using SellAuth and the seller closed the site after scamming me. I wrote to the support system, but they don't care and give nonsense answers. They never refund money.

The shop section says "Feedback from our users."
but only the positive feedback is kept. They remove all other feedback.
Do not use this platform. They have scammed me multiple times.
