The sell car representative Julian came today at the agreed time and was very curtious polite and extremely professional, I would definitely recommend this company and would go so far as to say that Julian is a credit to the company

Spoke with an agent on the phone at 17:00 and Chris was with us at 09:00 the next morning.

Chris was great, explained everything and understood what we need to achieve from the car which we ultimately got. Really personable and a great experience I couldn’t recommend highly enough.

What a great experience.

After already going to We Buy Any Car who didn’t seem to know what they were doing and wasted loads of my time. I left exasperated. I then booked an appointment with these guys.

Mike turned up on time and was a lovely man and quickly checked the car over and took it for a drive. It’s a different process where they take it to an online auction straight away and within a short time they come back with a figure. Initially a little disappointed but then after some quick negotiations we had an agreement.

After a few minutes we had done the deal and I had passed my bank details across and to my surprise all of the money was in my account pretty much before Mike could get out of the house. They should be collecting the car tomorrow.

Would definitely recommend and use again.

It all went very smoothly from start to finish. Customer services were great and we got a quick response for an appointment to assess the car we were selling. Chris came down to look at the car and he was very thorough and efficient. He explained everything so that we knew how it all worked and he got us a fair price for a 10 year old car which was more than we would have got through part exchange. He was also a very nice and friendly person. All in all a good experience

Mike turned up at my home at the allotted time, inspected the car, test drove it, and after taking the pictures/video the car was put to the market.
Within an hour and a half the car was sold and a deposit given.

Very good service

From first contact through to our decision to sell our car to SellCar we were very impressed with all the people we spoke to. Everything was explained as to how they proceed and it all happened pretty quick.
They are professional and competent. Very well mannered and not pushy. We discovered that their initial valuation was comparable with other sources of which we obtained two. All were a bit more than we expected and it helps a lot to do a little research on prices. Generally, there are 3 prices for a car. Highest is what you pay to buy it. Middle is what you might get for selling it privately and lowest what a dealer would give you for it. We were very happy with our final price and considered it fair.
Our assessor, Julian was clearly very experienced in the motor trade and was happy to spend time explaining the whole process. It gave us confidence to trust this company. He sent all the pictures and a video of the car up to his office who, within twenty minutes or so came back with the best offer which we accepted. A holding deposit was immediately paid into our bank and the final payment will be made in a few days just before the car is collected. This gives us the confidence to trust both the company and the process.
A well rewarded leap of faith.

Olga, KIrsty and Erin in the office and Chris Bowers who came to assess my car were all pleasant, not pushy and courteous to deal with. Chris showed a good knowledge of the market and was also excellent from a technical point of view. The whole process was well explained, transparent and convenient. The deal was done before Chris left and the car is to be collected in a couple of days. Don't sell many cars but this was totally hassle free and would use sellcar again.
