Purchasing a used Kuga

There was a good level of stock and the process of buying the car was effective and efficient. One problem with the cleanliness of the underside of the vehicle was dealt with although should probably have been addressed pre-sale.

Polite

Polite, respectful staff with very good time management and respect for my time. Very good communication and I felt like I was taken good care of during the whole handover of my vehicle and the process of receiving my new vehicle.

2nd car sales from ford Basingstoke

I was happy with the service at Group 1 Ford Basingstoke because .
The sales were very understanding of my work situation shifts.
First class
Very professional.
And up front with all information....
Unlike some other main car dealerships in .Basingstoke.
Only downside was customer parking not signed up well....
But that was my only gripe

Good range available

Very tidy and clean showroom with plenty of cars within my price range available.
The sales person was extremely helpfull and never tried to sell me anything but did provide a lot of information I needed to make a decison.
Agreed a collection time and everything was ready (except road tax) but that just too a few minutes.

Amazing service

I would recommend Group 1 Ford Farnborough to friends and family because they are very friendly, helpful and informative. I didn't feel any pressure to purchase extras. An amazing service.
