My experince with this company has been…

My experince with this company has been below a one star. At first, it seemed as though they were / are legit, then I had a call with one of their "specialists". As a former Sales Manager and trainer, I quickly realized that the "specialist" was a salesperson using old school sales techniques. He didn't listen to me, all he wanted was the commitment to buy. He wanted $4800 U.S. for me to sign up for their mentorship program which really only gave you access to their group of people who are also trying to start an Amazon business. When I indicated I needed more time to think about this (due to the cost - over $7000 CDN and the lack lustre of what I'd get), only then did he inform me that I could pay in installments which I declined during the call (he attempted approximately 10 times to get me to at least give $1000 U.S.). After the call, I received an overview of our call with this salesperson. I responded to him informing him that I will consider the mentorship program after going through the training package I purchased from their advertising on Social media (selling Tide pod ads with the owner, Jeffrey). He never replied to me. In fact, I have now asked several times to get my money back for this "training package", all requests have been ignored by everyone I've asked. The "training package" includes videos which you can easily access online for free AND templates for suppliers with simple scripts on how to talk to suppliers... basically, random information that can be easily obtained for free. I can safely say after being ignored completely that they are, in my opinion, a take your money and run company. Perhaps my opinion will change if they actually reply to my request to take advantage of their money-back guarantee.
