They are worst then worst. There is no other word i have for them. They take your money for 1 service then ask for more money and then claim your channel does not support that service that too after taking the money and then ask for more money. They are stupid creators who just take money but does not give services. Their owner is very ruthless just need money and nothing else. No service just greedy money takers.

1 rating because can’t give zero. Never buy their services by seeing their social seller academy youtube channel because they never deliver the service nor they refund the money. More than money your time will be wasted.They Shouldn’t market their digital services before having proper system. If you want to watch the YouTube channel to gain knowledge then okay but never go ahead and buy any services from them. They are very unprofessional.

Ordered may 23. More than a month later nothing arrived. Their website says 5-7 days internatiinal delivery. After a lot of emails basket4ballers say their courier is still investigating where the pack is. Asked for refund but nothing.
NEVER BUY AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE FOR CUSTOMERS

Online Seller Academy must be one of the best, if not the best platform available to get real tried and tested guidance on creating a successful brand using both Amazon and Shopify.

Rich is clearly extremely experienced in his field and is good at what he does. He has evidently put a significant amount of hard work and time into all his courses and covers almost every eventuality to guide his student to success.

Both Rich and Ravi are great guys, easy to chat to and are eager to help and support you along your e-commerce journey.

I have to give this 5 Star because I walked away wealthier in knowledge when it comes to eCommerce. My only regret is why I didn't do this earlier. Was guided through by Rich, who's not only a great teacher, but a larger than life character that get's you pumped to want to succeed. Highly recommended.
