Challenges, but hopefully fix is in progress

Follow-on update: Communication established, action seems in progress, hopefully back to 100% functionality soon.

Data holes, support or owner will not reply to my repeated emails. VERY EXPENSIVE and now there is NO SUPPORT. NOT HAPPY !! Was great before all the product's data had gaps, don't know what has happened over there.

apologies again for the trouble! As explained by my colleague within the tool's messenger, your (non-account) email's message unfortunately got filtered to our Spam. We always recommend using the tool messenger, so that we can also directly see which account the message refers to.

Regarding the gaps - this has been an issue for some accounts in our new Profit 2 (Beta) and will be adressed in the coming days. In the meantime you should nontheless be able to switch to the old legacy Profit to see that data.

Over the next couple of weeks we will hopefully remove all major remaining issues of the Profit 2 Beta and our customers will finally have the updated Profit version they have been requesting for a very long time now...:)

Great software

Great software. However the data frequently does not match amazon. Also a live chat function would be very helpful. This company is growing rapidly and so I am sure these issues will be addressed.

I would HIGHLY recommend.

I don't know how we managed without it!

Incredibly useful data that provides more actionable insights than we have time to utilise! The algorithmic PPC management has freed up time, enabling us to cover more ground than ever before. Wouldn't be without it!

Best amazon tool out there but super buggy

Almost monthly i get really annoyed with some glitch or bug on sellics to the point I convince myself i'm leaving.Out of all the amazon tools I use this is the one that suffers the most from partial downtime , bugs etc.

Latest problem : I'm unable to unpause my adgroups????

Why do i stay? on the flip side this tool offers more value/highest ROI then any other amazon too.

Customer service/support are good but not ideal for UK customers.Also they never offer a free month for example for all the frustration it creates.

MUST Have tool but be prepared to get annoyed.

Hey Jonny,

thank you very much for that honest feedback, positive and negative!

We, too, are of course unhappy with the recent increase of downtimes. This is mostly connected to our new Profit version, which requires new technical groundwork that affects almost all features where your sales/profits matter (ie. Cockpit, product dashboard, rankings, inventory and ppc), so it's a very tricky and delicate restructuring that is needed as we intend to make that big switch to the data from Profit 02. On a more technical note, we are also using Profit 02 to start a new backend/frontend structure that will be a lot more flexible in terms of releasing new features, which also brings some learning (and errors) with it.

I am not trying to bore you with excuses though ;) ...I just want to make it clear this will not continue like this when we complete the switch to Profit 02. Of course I cannot guarantee a completely bug-free tool, as no software is able to, but things will definitely improve in a few weeks!

Regarding your ppc pausing issue - I suppose that is probably related to using our Ad Scheduling feature? Have you tried disabling that for your campaigns? If you were not able to do that, are you perhaps using Firefox? There was recently an issue there as mentioned on our status page:
