1. product: fair, not yet the one true stop shop for all your needs, but it got the potential based on the progress I have seen

2. price: industries like this have their price all over the place, really depends on how much budget you have got.

Well worth the money

Great toolkit that has helped me identify and constantly track more voluminous and relevant keywords for my product and in turn helped me improve my listing, rankings and sales! The PPC manager is also brilliant with its insights, ability to automate changes and to configure everything from inside Sellics rather than having to switch back to Central.

My only gripe is that the product detector tool isn't available for the UK marketplace and the Niche analyser is rather basic.

The only must have capability I think they are missing is automation of emails to customers seeking feedback and reviews (ala Feedback Genius) as this would really make them unbeatable IMO.

first off we are sorry you feel this way and would also not want to see you ago - especially as your patience with us is just about to pay off with the upcoming release of the next Profit version!
Currently around 80% of our customers are in the Beta, and if you do not already see the button within your dashboard, you should be able to see it in the coming few days!

As you have probably heard from us in previous conversations, the soon-to-be-old profit version was never our strongest feature and basically just a rough, rather simple view of the account's / products' profitability. It did not include refunds, storage fees, and many other things, while the reports it used within Amazon's API often provided faulty data, as you mentioned.

The development of this next version has been a long and tough journey, especially as it also involved laying the foundations of a new backend/frontend architecture that will be the basis for the rest of the tool also, and which will allow us to implement new features quicker in the future.

I know we have stretched your patience with Profit, but we nontheless hope you stick around with us a bit longer to find out for yourself the great value that will soon be added, and maybe you'll also want to give some of our other features, in particular the PPC automation, a chance to prove to you it can bring a ton of value to your business, as it has been doing for other sellers as well.

Thanks again for having been a Sellics customer for so long. We are confident we can pay back that loyalty very soon!

Sellics is awesome and helps me runs my Amazon FBA business with ease. I particularly love the sales/profit tool (which I use daily), review management and alerts, plus the inventory tool makes re-ordering inventory much easier.

Solid, with some bugs

Solid software with decent support. Ran into a lot of bugs whenever they roll out new features, but they are pretty transparent about them. The site is rather slow, but it works at a great price so can't really complain.

Sellics, a great tool for sellers…

Sellics was a great tool for sellers over the last couple of years, however, they have abandon people that sell on Seller Central. There has not been a significant update to the Seller side of the tool in a very long time. All of their efforts and focus are around Vendor Central and Agencies now.

Edit: I appreciate the developers attentiveness to my concerns and explanation. I look forward to future improvements.

Hey there, thank you for your feedback!

We know this is what it might seem like on the outside, but the truth is we have quite a few more developers working on the seller side than on the vendor's and it is still very much in our focus.

I do not want to bore you with technicalities, but the reason we have not been able to release as many features for the Seller Edition is that it's quite a bit older, ie. its groundworks in the backend were constructed quite a bit differently (badly) in our very early days back in 2015. The Vendor Edition was able to make use of the learlings we made with SE and build an architecture which can handle large amounts of data, and on the basis of that provide a more flexible frontend, allowing for more feature releases.
The process to switch to that kind of architecture in SE has been long and hard, also with the implications of handling all international marketplaces since last year, but we are now getting to a stage where SE will be able to catch up in terms of feature release speed, starting with version 2 of our Profit dashboard (which you may already know as we are currently expanding the beta to all customers over the next few days.)

I hope this makes sense and that I was able to address your concerns. You can still look forward to many updates coming in SE in the future, now more than ever.

The best software decision we've made for our Amazon business is Sellics.

Sellics has made a HUGE difference in our Amazon business since we started using it. The ability to track keywords, make automatic changes to PPC campaigns and track inventory levels are just a few of ways we use the platform everyday to grow our sales.

The other thing I love about Sellics is the amazing customer support team. They are quick to respond and always very helpful. You can tell they value their end users.

The best software decision we've made for our Amazon business thus far is Sellics.

The service helps me to track keywords

The service helps me to track keywords, rankings, reviews and monitor my profit and cost of advertising. It does its job very well.

The navigation is a bit cumbersome, especially when it comes to keyword rankings. The refresh is sometimes very slow, again when looking at the keyword ranking pages. Other than that it's my favorite amazon seller tool so far.

I use Sellics every day (multiple times…

I use Sellics every day (multiple times per day! Their app allows me to track my sales on the go, see my profit, cogs, etc. Sellics will be even better when you can export data into Excel. I know they are working on this feature!
