Easy to use web site emailed me three offers. Booked appointment kept me informed that they were running late because of traffic. Offered me slightly less then I wanted but nothing drastic. Also money paid into my account before
they left. Tony and Ellis was nice to do business with. No charges for cash straight into my account, and unlike another we'll known car buying group did not go round a nine year old car taking money off for a repaired stone chip and charging for same day cash transfer, I would be happy to use them again if i needed too.

I filled out an online form for a valuation and had received a text message with a valuation the next day. I spoke to Tony on the phone, he arranged a visit the same day to give me an accurate valuation (this was around 13% lower than the value over text).
