Your response is not only inaccurate but also deeply troubling. Your false claim that the Aeroplan miles were successfully transferred is a blatant falsehood and an attempt to mislead. The entire transaction has been problematic and has left me frustrated and out of pocket. Your attempt to deflect responsibility onto the airline is unacceptable and shows a lack of accountability.
Let me emphasize that, as the service provider, Sell My Miles is unequivocally responsible for ensuring the legitimacy and transparency of the transaction. I expect a resolution to this matter.
