SELLOUT TICKETS IS A SCAM
I bought two tickets for a Wizards Feast event on January 31, 2026 in Philadelphia at a cost of $228. Ten days before the event, I received notice that it was cancelled and provided with alternative dates in April, during which I will be out of the country. After going online, I have seen that this has happened to others multiple times and is a scam. Don't be fooled!

Wizard's Feast will never happen
Tickets were purchased for the Wizard's feast for a group who work at 4 different companies with different time-tables. We picked a date we could all manage and had full intentions to attend in December.
The event was moved twice by the event organiser. The original event venue wasn't even made aware of the event ever being organised there.
While we were still able to make the 2nd scheduled date, when it was rescheduled again for months later, our group were not able to confirm dates.
When the event was rescheduled, I received 1 notification that tickets would be automatically moved and 20 emails with the new tickets within a 10 minute time-frame.
At this point our grouo felt that requesting a refund was only reasonable. Instead I was offered a credit, maybe? "We can issue you a credit note for the full value of your tickets. This credit can be used toward any of our events at any of our locations."
This offer came with no instructions on how to claim the credit or alternative offers.
To give a fare chance, I reviewed the available activities for our city, Sydney. There are a LOT of repeats and the majority of which were already experienced by 1 or more in our group.
It's a bit unreasonable for any ticket provider to expect that the average person can just pick up and go to another city so they can use a credit for a continuously cancelled event.
Our whole group now believe the Wizard's Feast organisers are scammers based on our experience, or lack there of.
A refund would be greatly appreciated. If we want to partake in an activity on offer, we'll purchase those tickets when we can. Anything to avoid this run-around and mostly useless vague offers of possible compensation.

Fake!!! More than 100 arrived to no event
We showed up and the venue said there was no event at that place. The bouncer said since last summer more than 100 people had been scammed. Sell-out tickets has used this bar repeatedly on ticket confirmations but has never worked with the owners. Total scam!!!
Total scam - AVOID
Bought ticket for the event one month in advance only to be told the event was cancelled not long before the event date. Said it would be postponed to 4 month later and details will be shared once available. Event did not happen on the postponed date and no refund given after requested for over a month

This place is a scam
This place is a scam. Paid over $215 for the worst experience. We bought tickets to a "Wizard Feast'. If you have seen the Willy Wonka Tik Tok scam this is pretty much the same. The only thing Harry Potter-themed were the cheap costumes the 'Hosts' wore. We were seated at a low nightclub bar table in a booth cramped with 6 other random people. The table was filthy, and so was the cutlery. I had to ask several times for a glass of water which took 15 minutes each time and she was incredibley rude. The hosts talked in poor britich accents and asked us to guess how many jelly beans were in a jar, gave us pieces of paper with wizards schools and played a mini quiz. It was like something from a after school special. The first course was a chicken salad which was like rubber. The second course we got 5 minutes before we left which was a individual mini cheesecake. No drinks, refreshments, or atmosphere. It is actual robbery. My friend orderd a soda and it came in a small glass with more ice than soda and was charged an additional $6.50. I was so embarassed as I had bought this as a gift for a birthday present. They also walked through the room with open buckets of garbage. I actually thought we were on a punked tv show.

Do NOT Use!
Purchased tickets to an event 3 months in advance. The week of the event, I received an email stating it was cancelled. No option for a refund was offered, but instead, an alternative event that was not even in my city. I requested a refund, was given a form to complete to provide confirmation of my purchase, and I have been waiting over 2 weeks. Still nothing.

Scam
We purchased 18 tickets and have been trying to change or get a refund, but it’s been incredibly frustrating. There’s no phone number, Instagram, or Facebook page to contact anyone.
The only option is email, and the responses are painfully slow — I’ve had to send multiple follow-ups just to get one reply.
Now the event has been cancelled, and all they’re offering is to move it to another date in January or later, which is completely unreasonable.

Website sells tickets to fake events
This website is a scam that sells tickets to fake events with no real address. I bought a ticket to a dinner but received no details from the site or "organizer" and the date came and went. Many others report being scammed as well.
