Very kind and friendly staff that really put in the extra effort to help you out. Had an issue with Royal Mail not sending them the phone on time so i was worried; however the team at sellphones were very reassuring and did everything they could to put my mind at ease and to help me with chasing up on Royal Mail. Excellent and fast service, made an sell order on saturday posted my unopened mobile on monday via special delivery recieved a email stating they recieved my order and 2 hours later got the money in my bank account! I'm writing this review before I've been paid !!!! I cannot CANNOT big this company up. I sent my phone yesterday 11.25 am by special delivery. It arrived and was signed for by 10.30 am this this morning, I rang the number on the the contact page and spoke to (sorry not sure if I caught your name properly)I think it is kal ?? Really helpful guy, went to check on my order and rang me back within 5 minutes to say he literally had it in his hand !!! I was very honest in my description which he was very grateful for and in return he was honest with me !! He was very helpful friendly and courteous. Its 3pm now and am interested to see if the payment will go in today or tomorrow (kal did say tomorrow 😀) well I'll leave it there if you want a quick payment for your phone use these guys just make sure what you say your phone is, IS what your phone is 🤘🤘

Offered best price for my mobile. Sent special delivery and was received next day with money transferred into account that evening. They did request I email a copy of ID in order to transfer money into bank which could have been mentioned if initial order/ emails to ensure a more efficient service.
Despite this it was still a speedy service and would definitely use again. Highly recommend!
