I was a bit worried sending the phone after seeing some of the comments on here but they were offering £30 more than any of the other sites so thought I'd risk it as didn't want to sell to some scammer on eBay. They offered £625 for a new iPhone 14. I sent it register mail and it got delivered about 10.30ish and the money was in my account by about 2 I think, when I checked. I did have to send a photo of my ID but that wasn't a big deal really. Id definitely get a price off them again if I was selling another phone.

Fantastic service. Used a couple of times now. Most recent experience was a little stressful as the money did not arrive as expected on the day it was supposed to but kal the customer service agent went above and beyond to assure me everything would be sorted and kept me upto date with everything going on during the day. I sent the phone off and it was received next day and booked in, the money was due to be received into my bank by 5pm but did not arrive. I rang the next morning at 0830 not realising they weren’t open but kal answered in his way to work and assured me he would look into it as soon as he arrived and would get back to me. He then rang to say the money had been sent but could take up to 24 hours to complete (although usually goes through instant or within a few hours max), I spoke to my bank and the confirmed this. I kept checking throughout the day but nothing arrived. I rang back about 2pm and kal said he would again check with his account department, assuring each time that whatever happens there wouldn’t be a problem and the money would be with me one way or another. Kal rang me back again around 3pm to say there had been an error when sending the money and it had bounced back to them so he confirmed my bank details were correct and then said they would send it out again in there next lot of payments and it should be with me again by 5pm. He said that if it wasn’t, as the next day was the weekend and they weren’t open he would keep his phone on so I could contact him and if there was anymore problems he would escalate it to his manager to try and resolve it. As we were on the phone the payment came through. Again, I could not have asked more from kal, although it was abit stressful due to the amount of money I was waiting for he couldn’t have done anymore to try and resolve it for me and keep me updated and reassured throughout the day. I would def use these guys again.

Tried to sell 2 phones both IPhone 13 Pro’s they low balled for both of them saying one had heavy scratches, when it was barely noticeable never mind heavy. Also said one was damaged as it had a black spot on the camera , upon closer examination when I received the phone back it was some dust which just needed wiping off and was good as new. Pretty shocking company that offered £500 for two very good condition iPhone 13 Pro’s which even had 100% battery life, not better than most out there , unsure why there are so many 5 star reviews. Would stay clear as they are going to waste your time. However they did send my phones back in a timely manner and customer service is decent.

Sent them to music magpie with the same condition specified , nothing was wrong with the camera got the full 900 GBP for both phones, all companies that aren't well known and promising to give you a higher price do this and will haggle you.

Process was quite straight foraward. Payment was paid within couple of hours of recieving the phone.

I needed some extra cash for my bills this month so I thought I would sell my new iPhone 14 Pro Max. I went onto so many sites to check how much I could get for my phone… after 2 days of searching I came across SellPhones.co.uk and I was shocked that they where offering me the best price out of all the sites that I had visited.

I posted my phone on Thursday via Royal Mail Special Next Day delivery. My phone was received just after 1pm on Friday and I was paid at 3:20pm. Honestly I’m so shocked and super pleased with how simple this process was. I wish I had found this company before.

So thankful… I cannot recommend this company enough, the best experience ever!!!

I am a genuine customer and have no affiliation in anyway with sellphones.co.uk therefore my review is totally true to my experience with them. Upon checking the tracking of my parcel, I had confirmation that the delivery was made at 10:10 today (11th January 2023), at 16:01 (less than 6 hours later!!) I received a bank transfer of the exact amount quoted on my original order. To me, that is not only amazing service but very trustworthy so I cannot recommend their service highly enough. I appreciate there are some negative reviews, but it's very evident that's in no way a true reflection of sellphones.co.uk that's a customer whom was dishonest when placing their order and not being truthful when grading their phone. I can now speak with experience and say, if you wish to sell your phone, be 100% with it's condition and you will 100% get the price quoted. Many thanks to sellphones.co.uk.. SOOOOO glad I came across your site when I was searching "where to trade in my phone". From start to finish my experience was so easy and the communication was excellent always keeping me informed via email and text. I spoke to Kal over the phone who was so friendly and gave me great advise he was so helpful I cannot say enough good things about him !The money got paid into my bank account on the same day the phone was received it was super fast. Used SellPhones twice now and both times the service they give you is 100% top notch , I can’t fault anything with their setup . Both times my phone was received next morning (miracle I know these days with Royal Mail) and payment was sent through by mid afternoon , can’t argue with that.

Amazing kal and co they received my phone about 11am and I was paid by 2pm same day excellent service highly recommended
