Placed an order to sell my iPhone 15 Pro a day before iPhone16 was announced for £550. Got a call the next day to say a 'glitch' in the system meant they overesimated my phone and can only offer £480 now, or need to cancel the order. They clearly didn't update their prices quick enough and are now cancelling orders after the new iPhone is announced. Avoid these amateurs, there are much better and reputable companies around.

I issued a trade-in order for my phone at a good price, with 14 days to trade it in. That's perfect since the new models were announced. The next day, I get a call telling me that an "error in the system" means I'll actually be given £70 less than was quoted. This is dishonest practice - if you didn't adjust your pricing for when the new models were announced, that's your issue; you should honour the price quoted.

Took a little longer than expected but got the best price for my phone. Kal is very helpful and kept us in the loop with regards to what was happening.
