Using SellPhones.co.uk was a pleasure from start to finish, a great price agreed before sending, same price paid into my bank account within 30 hours of sending.

First time using this company. I choose this company as they had the best price quoted online when doing a search to sell my phone. I posted my phone Wednesday by special delivery. They confirmed by Thursday it was received and being processed. I received payment first thing this morning. They paid the full price quoted. I spoke to Kal in customer service before sending it to run through the process. He was very friendly and explained everything. He even called me today to say payment had been made. Easy process, quick payment, excellent overall company. Highly recommend and will be certainly using them again.

I sent my phone by special delivery on Monday afternoon and the quoted amount was in my bank by Tuesday afternoon (actually less than 24 hours). Hugely impressive service and much better prices than all the other places. One point to note - I think the postage label is "tracked 48" and is paid for by sellphpnes (so free for the customer) - but if you use special delivery then it's payable by yourself (which is fair enough I think given the price is much better than all competitors). Anyway I called them to query and they were super helpful and happy to explain. I highly recommend.

Nothing is too much trouble and the communication is fast & precise. No frills, does exactly as they say. I will continue to be a loyal customer of sell phones as every time they exceed expectation. Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll always have someone who’s not happy.

Excellent service from start to finish. I’m always worried about selling phones these days and being marked down due to non existent damage. But I can’t fault this company at all. They paid the full amount quoted and paid the same day as the phone was received. I would absolutely recommend this company and will certainly consider using again should I need to in the future.
