Disappointment

It's the fourth time, when the item that comes, is a wrong size (much smaller) and bad quality (no as mentioned in the description, but much worse, doesn't corellate the price). Also this time it was dirty.

There was an issue with the parcel…

There was an issue with the parcel service DHL (and SDA Poste Italiane). They didn't deliver despite considerable efforts to intercept and redirect the order to an updated address. I now have been in contact with Sellpy for weeks to have the order redelivered but don't receive clarity nor advice.

ordered for 310€ and out of that

ordered for 310€ and out of that, 60€ was complete garbage — items with completely wrong descriptions and sizes that didn't match at all. On top of that, I have another 200€ stuck/waiting, and I'm already sure I'll get a lot more trash from that order too. Basically, I paid 60€ just for dust rags so Sellpy could boost their revenue. Extremely disappointed with the quality control and misleading listings. Avoid if you value your money.

I would see more photos about the item, from different side, not only front and back...specially about the mistake of the product ...If I could see the big hole on the pulover I would have bougth it...the pulover is useless...

I love Sellpy

I love Sellpy. I must say the page is completely chaotic, and i love it bc of that!
you must search for a long time what you wish to buy.
You must pay attention to state of the item category, pictures & description.
Also, there's a little gambling involved... Will i buy right away or will i risk it and wait until price goes down.
I made 4 relatively large and cheap purchases so far. Only 1-2 items were not ok.
All together Sellpy is fun and different thrifting experience.

I like that there are a lot of products and it's like a virtual second-hand shop, where you can find amazing things. It's my favorite online shop. There are things for every taste and wallet, and I love looking for unique articles.

Satisfied with large delivery overseas

All of the clothes I ordered (over 20 of them) arrived at the right time and place (overseas), in great shape and very carefully packed. I was a bit nervous to place such a big (international) delivery, but ended up being very satisfied.
