I had been shopping around to trade in a couple of guitars in order to purchase another one.

Sell Us Your Guitar beat the price of 4 well known UK retailers that quoted me on a trade in basis. These retailers all either offer even less or refuse to just give you cash.

Once I approved the quote they sent me all the packaging and information needed to securely ship my guitars to them.

There was an issue with the courier not collecting my guitars, but when I made them aware they provided me with an alternative method of shipping by responding to my email out of hours with the relevant shipping labels attached.

Once the guitars were received by Sell Us Your Guitar I received my money the same day.

It's the first time I've used Sell Us Your Guitar, I was a little apprehensive, to say the least. However, it all went just as they said it would.

I received everything I needed to send the guitar over to them, loads of bubble wrap and tape with a very handy video that shows you how to make everything safe.

The guitar arrived at their shop the next day and payment went through a few hours later.
