Worst company ever ! Avoid at all price ! They sent me a damaged furniture, and then refused to reimburse the product. Had to hire a lawyer to get my money back.

Bought a couch with pouffe, a deal from the "Wowcher" website. Arrived quickly on 18th February 2021 by 2 men wearing no masks (Covid) who left it sitting for us to build. The pouffe was visibly broken inside and there were no pre-drilled holes to attach the legs. We also had to buy bolts etc from the local B&Q shop because half of them were missing and the couch couldn't be built without them. Impossible to contact via phone, I immediately emailed Selsey Living who agreed to send out a replacement pouffe.
This is now the 15th June 2021 and STILL no replacement pouffe, despite continuous email conversations telling me delivery (from Poland) is delayed. I'm beginning to think they have no intention of replacing the damaged pouffe.
The couch is fine, can't be used as a sofa bed without the pouffe though, totally pointless (a reason we bought it). If they do send out a new pouffe it'll likely look too new next to the couch, depending on how much longer they take.
"Wowcher" refused to give a partial refund because Selsey promised to replace it. In the meantime we have a broken, useless pouffe taking up space in our baby's room waiting for collection.
Absolutely useless.

Awful terrible customer service asked upfront for delivery time have been advised on 8 weeks when asked 2 days before advised time have been told it's going to be further 6 weeks and there is nothing can be done where the worst thing is nobody would inform me unless I asked !!! Please be careful and set yourself enought time as my sister is now sleeping on the floor rather than sofa!!!

Ordered a chair from Selsey on 6th May which arrived today. I was a bit worried about what would arrive having read some of the reviews on here. The chair was delivered within the timescales given on the website, has been manufactured to a high standard and I am very happy with my purchase. I ordered the chair direct from Selsey and paid a lot less than had I ordered through a third party supplier. Delivery costs were also very reasonable.
The only thing that could be improved is communication. I didn’t receive an order acknowledgement when I placed the order online so I wasn’t sure the order had been processed properly. I tried to query it but received no response so was a little concerned when the money was taken from my account. I would still buy from them again.

After 3 months of trying to get a product, I finally gave up and cancelled it. Their customer service was below par and they continually delayed shipment of this order. After 2 months of this, when it was allegedly sent out, the product was damaged.
I have sunk hours of my life into this matter and I would thoroughly advise anybody reading to take their business elsewhere, to a professional company that has adequate customer service

Ordered a sofa through Wowcher. I contacted the company myself because Wowcher didn't give a clue when the sofa was being delivered. Very friendly response and I was kept up to date with the progress of the delivery. On the day of delivery I got a call 20 minutes prior and on delivery itself a very friendly guy stacked the boxes where I wanted them. Took the better part of 30 minutes to assemble (very easy) and the sofa looks amazing. Very happy!

Nice site, nice looking products and what seem like nice staff but unfortunately due to them using UPS to delivery parcels in the UK there’s only a 50% chance (if that) you’ll receive it and I was one of the unlucky 50%
All in all I had to wait 6 weeks before it was even dispatched and another 2 weeks for UPS to lose it and pretend to look for it.
I did receive my refund promptly but ended up being over 8 weeks wasted when I could have shopped elsewhere.

We waited 2 months for the sanect desk to arrive with no communication from the company as to why it was delayed, no apologies. Finally when it did arrive, it was only the wood that came and no screws, drawer runners etc! After emailing them we got a rude blase response that they needed to know what was missing. You'd think they'd know if just the wood arrived. Rubbish customer service, will not be purchasing anything from them again.

I bought a pair of chairs from Selsey Living at the end of December. Unfortunately due to the delays at ports caused by Brexit DPD decided they weren’t importing goods into the UK. As a result, my order was cancelled and Selsey were going to refund me.
I still wanted the chairs so emailed Karolina and asked for the order to be reinstated and the chairs to be delivered when DPD resumed deliveries.
Karolina regularly updated me as to the progress of my order and yesterday my chairs arrived. They are fabulous and the price was great too.
Thanks again Selsey and Karolina for the customer service, my products and your perseverance with DPD.

we bought a matress, after a few month there are big dents in it (even while we turn the matress every 10 day's) and selsey said "we can not help you due to incorrect use"
so, 280 euro's down the drain !! dont buy there!!!!

I bought a sofa off Wowcher but after reading these reviews I what's apped Wowcher to cancel the order. They gave me Selsey's email address, they responded immediately and said she would get it cancelled for me and tell Wowcher to refund me. Then Wowcher emailed to say the sofa had been dispatched and the date of delivery was now earlier than they originally said.. What a coincidence! To say I'm fuming is an understatement and I've emailed Selsey to say I'm taking this further. I will become their customer from hell.
UPDATE.
Selsey requested Wowcher to give me a full refund. Wowcher said they would refund it to a my wowcher wallet, I said no way, contacted Marta at Selsey who sorted it straightaway for me to be refunded to my debit card. So in all fairness Selsey have been extremely good and stuck to their word.

The team was absolutely fantastic. I was a little worried after reading a few bad reviews about them but they exceeded my expectations. The sofa I ordered was purchased through Wowcher, and while I had to get in touch with them to confirm the order (I didn't get anything from wowcher) the item arrived only a day later than I expected. The customer service team were very quick to respond to my queries, and I had a huge amount of communication with the delivery drivers. The sofa arrived in perfect condition and the whole experience was easy. Would highly recommend the company.

After reading all these reviews after purchasing the banko TV unit from wowcher, I was really worried.... but I have to say I was very happily surprised!! The unit arrived exactly when they said it would, and no missing parts, no damage and was just what I had ordered. The quality isn't magnificent, but wasn't expecting luxury for £99! Felt i had to write a review as I've had a completely different experience from everyone else it seems. Very happy with my purchase.

Ordered a sofa from them via wayfair and was only sent half the item. Then ordered the item again via wowcher and I am still waiting 8 days after the delivery date to hear anything from them. Appalling service, avoid at all costs.

Extremely unprofessional company that should be banned from providing services in UK. It has been 4 months from my order and no delivery nor refund yet. The company does not respond to inquiries and there is no way to reach them by phone. Watch out!

Ordered via Wayfair and had terrible service taking 3 months to resolve. Quality is also not what I’d expect given the price.
- no instructions arrived with the bed, and was too complex to assemble without. It took wayfair 3 weeks to get an electronic copy from Selsey’s warehouse to send to us as they couldn’t get hold of them!
- Only then did we discover the various parts to the bed were different lengths. It took 6 weeks to get replacement parts, when they sent a whole new bed with no delivery message to indicate when it was coming. They have also left us with the hassle/expense of disposing of the first one!
- Oh and the instructions still arent correct for the style of bed we bought...

I have ordered a sofa through living social paid a lot of money !! I have had no correspondence no email update the delivery time has passed and when I ring and send emails no response !!!
I cannot believe companies like living social and Wayfair have any business with this company I will be taking this further!!!
