Avoid there are much better out there
Sadly I have found this company to be extremely unhelpful at the end of the lease. Communication is very poor and they seemingly try to state damage to car when there is none to add additional costs to an end of lease return. Still awaiting outcome but extremely difficult to get hold of anyone.

RESPONSE TO CUSTOMER:
Further to your conversations with various members of our team, we have now as advised, had a further independent inspection carried out on this vehicle, and whilst this inspection has indicated damage which is £94 higher than the original inspection I do not propose to use this (although some of the photographs are clearer) but will revert to the original report which I believe you already have in your possession.
I have been made aware of your Trust Pilot review stating that the vehicle has no damage which I/we totally refute, and that you cannot get hold of anyone, when in fact you have spoken to at least 3 members of my Team, and when you first raised your dispute you were told exactly what would happen and that it would take some time before we could get the vehicle to its end destination and arrange another inspection, but we would come back to you as soon as we could.
Firstly what I would say is that you came to us via select Car Leasing and as they are an introducer we have an agreement with them that all contact with the customer should be through them, I believe that you did not receive an end of contract letter but I can confirm that this was sent by E Mail to *** at Select for him to deal with you directly as agreed.
I am not exactly sure which points in the report that you are disputing so I will deal with each item on the original engineers inspection report.
I have now fully reviewed the items on the original inspection I would comment as follows:
1. The N/S alloy wheel has 2 areas of damage and is chargeable.
2. The N/S/R Door is clearly dented and is chargeable.
3. The N/S/R wing is clearly scratched through the paint and is chargeable.
4. Tailgate is clearly scratched but as a goodwill gesture I will remove this charge.
5. I agree that the interior of the vehicle is dirty but again as I goodwill gesture I will remove this charge.
6. O/S/R Door edge is clearly damaged with paint missing and is chargeable.
7. The Tailgate trim has a hole through it so is chargeable.
The second report I have shows the roof damage more clearly, and I believe it will require repairs to the scratches which appear to be through the paint, but as the inspector has said that he believes they will polish out I will again as a goodwill gesture not charge for this.
I believe we have been totally transparent and fair with you and I will now arrange for an invoice to be raised to reflect the above.
