Worst home repair company we’ve ever dealt with. Used car lot style pricing where something goes from being $2K to being “thrown in” and the so called veteran 20% discount is deducted from a 40% inflated price. Insulation is farmed out to a third party with no verification you’ve gotten what you paid for, and calls and texts are ignored. System takes hours to cool, never reaches desired set point, and runs constantly. Asked for repairs to damaged ceiling and roof, ghosted several days in a row and still no response. Asked for photos verifying venting and insulation done as contracted, ghosted as well. Couldn’t even obtain an itemized invoice and was told they had no phone number for the owner. Took advantage of my senior Vietnam vet spouse to the tune of $33000. Save your money and your mental health and use anyone else, this company is untrustworthy and unethical.
