Totally 3rd rate. Was put through by Citizens Legal Advice after a financial check for a Judicial Review. After yet another financial check SEN Support Solicitors said they do not do not deal with Judicial Reviews. So told them about other disability discrimination by schools requiring visually impaired children to sit tests that are unlawful and inappropriate to keep them out of enrollment. SEN Solicitors said that was not disability discrimination which is nonsense When I asked them to confirm they said I was raising my voice. Then a supervisor came on and said they were terminating the call and that we now did not qualify for legal aid.

We came to Mark Small as we were taking our local LA to a tribunal to obtain a place in a special school for our autistic grandson. Myself and my daughter are both professionals and had considered managing the tribunal ourselves. However, going to Mark was a great decision. He read all papers very carefully, orchestrated a clear strategy and outperformed by far the LA’s barrister during the tribunal - that we then won. We would recommend him to any family needing support. He is based in Milton Keynes but no issues as we worked remotely and the tribunal was also an on line one. Our only suggestion would be to ensure you meet Mark early in the process, as his skill, knowledge and ability will come over far greater face to face than over the phone.
