Marnie is absolutely incredible! 🥰 I would like to start by saying over the past few weeks Marnie has completely saved my sanity! With two EHCP's due for amendments days apart Marnie managed to support me with BOTH!! I’ve been able to reach out to her at all different times of the day with questions (even ones that might seem obvious), and she has always replied with patience, kindness, and genuine care. Her support has made such a positive difference in my life — and the fact that this amazing service is completely free makes it even more special. By the way, did I mention she does all this whilst being a mum herself ???!!! I will be forever grateful! 💜
