Birthday flowers arrived a day late.The flowers were already wilting. My 2 year old granddaughter could have made a better arrangement. Over 73.00$ for 3 white lilly and 3 half dead white roses. Wish I could leave a NEGATIVE 5 stars.Absolutely horrible company.

This was by far the worst experience I ever had with any florist in my life. It took all day was lied to several times about time of delivery and when I finally received them the presentation was horrible I really wish I can post the picture of flowers do not recommend

Imy experiencia I sent to my daugther for her birthdsy the delivery was on time.. to be honest the Flowers not the same but still nice . The size ,color and pink Flowers and details looks nice and its ok to me. 💝

I'm extremely disappointed with the company sendflowers.com. I placed a delivery order on Saturday. I selected a Monday delivery date. The flowers were never delivered and I did not receive a notification from the flower shop. I ended up messaging their customer service and I did get a response in a timely matter. They apologized and said they would get back to me soon. I didn't get a response back as promised, so I emailed them again letting them know if my flowers were delivered the following day, I was going to ask for a full refund. The email I received notified me that the delivery would be made on Tuesday (a day late). The flowers were delivered on Tuesday but not until 6:45 Tuesday night. I will NEVER order from this place again.

These guys are thieves, be aware, I spent $400 for a funeral spray, it was so embarrassing seeing my very small spray, less than half size of all other ordinary sprays while I paid $400. I also had a very hard time placing my order, they could not place time of delivery on my order as it was for a service with sensitive timing, but the worst was how little, small and insignificant the spray made was, it was nothing like the picture they are selling. BE AWARE!!

Their customer service is awful. The flower they deliver is by far similar to the picture they post. Basically, they deceive you and they are money trap. I would give them zero star if I could.

The flowers were NOT delivered, even though they claim they were delivered. I'm very disappointed and upset. The anniversary was RUINED!!!

Incompetence and unprofessional customer service seems to be the norm these days. Assuming they don't know how to read an address or they are simply lying.

Their service is a TIME SENSITIVE service. Not delivering on a special day can be CATASTROPHIC.

I won't be using their service again!!!!

Order was substituted by another of much lower value. The company was unwilling to correct their mistake when I asked.

I would have gave no stars if I could. Ordered flowers for mom birthday dinner today at 4pm please tell me what the hell is this they sent. I ordered blue and white flowers with blue vace and balloon. I got droppy white flowers with 2 purple flowers wth. Like somebody just grabbed these from the backyard out of the cold. I called and they offered me a 24% refund. What are you crazy did I pay 24% for the flowers or 100 dollars. No sir I need the flowers or all my money back. I'll even bring you the flowers back. There is no way im putting that arrangement on the table. I'll go buy fake flowers first. Then he said they can remake and bring them but cant give a time. With that being said im not sure if we will get flowers today or not. Just ruined the table set up. SMH I don't know why people think anything is acceptable do your job right if you cant atleast contact the customer to work it out. If the flowers actually show up I will rewrite the review. They even tried saying the flowers will be delivered tomorrow and if they do I need my money back and yes I will make a big deal about. I'm not rich and I work my ass off for the things I have and buy.

Disgusted with this company. Oredered a bouquet with a stuffed animal and chocolates for my friends first baby. It was over 3 days late and not even received. I spoke to the florist who is a small company and she said they will not pay her. She also said the order did not contain the stuffed animal. It is NOT her fault this happened. PAY THE SMALL BUSINESSES YOU WORK WITH!

I purchased flower for my friend after medical operation on 15th Sept, and it was supposed to be delivered on 17th Sept.
Flowers not even delivered on 18th September
No reply from the support team, no refund.

I ordered 70 dollars worth for a premium bouquet bc it wouldn’t let me place the order to my area code without spending a minimum of 59.99.
They arrived miniature and don’t even resemble the picture on the website.

I'm so disappointed that I used your service for my family's funeral. What was sent looked nothing like the picture and for the amount that I paid, the quality is appalling. Your company should be ashamed of ruining my special celebration of my loved one! Plus I never received confirmation that they were delivered! Absolutely despicable!

Leaving my experience as I read reviews after I placed an order and was a bit concerned on how things would pan out. My recipient got her flowers on time and loved them. Everything went perfectly.

I ordered flowers 5 days ago. After multiple calls, I was finally given a full refund today and was told the flowers would be delivered today. Two hours later I get an email that they are deleted again for 4 more days!!! What???? This is for a family member that just suffered a stroke. I do not recommend this company at all. In fact they should just shut this company down.

BUYER BEWARE - DO NOT SHOP SENDFLOWERS.COM. Horrible service. I purchased the biggest bouquet of birthday balloons they had to offer and paid extra for them to be delivered the same day. They did not deliver. Despite me calling customer service twice, not located in the US, advising they must be delivered the same day or would be of no value to me, I was told a message was sent to the local shop, that they would be delivered before 6 pm. At 6:30 pm I called back as still no delivery to be told the shop was already closed at 5 pm and without explanation, the best they could offer me is delivery tomorrow with $10 off. I demanded a refund. This company does not care about their customers. I decided to ignore the many, many poor reviews and take a chance. Huge mistake and because it was so late, I could not purchase birthday balloons elsewhere. They should not be in business. Pay attention to the bad reviews and do not waste your time or money with this unreliable, disgusting company.
