Sendflowers did not notify me that they could not send the bouquet until the day the bouquet was to be delivered - although they had 4 working days to figure it out. Never again.

It was the discount the fast delivery and also a great selection of flowers in an arrangement of colors

Flowers were not delivered on time. They were two days late.

Very disappointing! I placed the order 10 days before my daughter‘s birthday and it didn’t arrive on her birthday and they said it was coming the next day. But it didn’t come till very very late at night after I had to call and inquire. The fruit basket was very disappointing. It didn’t look like the picture online at all and hardly had any fruit in it and was not worth the price I paid! I would not recommend this company!

Amazing service. Got 13 Mother’s Day gift for next day delivery to be sent to my job. All vendors that delivered did a great job. All the flowers were beautiful and held up nicely. Looked exactly like the pictures shown online.

It was super easy to order and I was very hopeful. However, my mom's flowers, which I realized were ordered from their sister site, "From You Flowers," were delivered to the incorrect address and when I called about it, the rep said they delivered it to the address I provided. They did not. Granted this was a UPS issue but customer service blamed me. I had to ask several times for them to be redelivered and they finally agreed.
Then my MIL flowers kept getting delayed from Send Flowers and they kept telling me they would be delivered tomorrow but they kept delaying it. I ended up canceling those because the third delayed delivery date was past Mother's Day.
I found it very hard to hear the customer service person as well and they had a hard time hearing me due to the 100 people around them. There was lots of chatter, the CS rep was hard to hear and understand because it was so loud where they were.
So many issues and I will not order from these people again as it was not worth the effort.

I WOULD LIKE A REFUND FOR MY PURCHASE THAT WAS NOT DELIVERED. I ORDERED ON 58 TO BE DELIVERD ON 5/10 AND IT WASN'T. I CALLED ON 5/13 AND THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE DELIVERED THAT DAY...AGAIN NO DELIVERY. I CALLED AGAIN ON 5/14 AND AGAIN WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE THERE THAT DAY. AS OF TODAY 5/16 MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN RECEIVED BY PERSON I WAS SENDING IT TO.

Someone called me and said they cannot give me the color that I requested but I told them it was important to me. So they made it happen. I'm really impressed and I will only by my flowers from this company from now on.
