WFA FLOWERS INC - DBA International Flowers Delivery.com

On September 18, 2020, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my friend in Bangkok. On the site, placed an order for flower to be delivered the next day, I requested delivery by Noon. No exception flag was presented to my request at the website so I presumed this would not be a problem.

On September 19 I was surprised to not be hearing a word from my friend that she was pleased with my gift. I patiently waited until around 8PM, called my friend on Skype and she had no idea what I was talking about - she had received no deliver, no call from the Bangkok florist and was disappointed. I gave her the information that I had and she was able to track down the florist and they claimed no knowledge of the order, but that they could get "some flower" to her after 10PM that day!

That was not acceptable and she cancelled the order.
Nothing was delivered or transacted in Bangkok.

I complained to the company that they said acknowledge that at the order was cancelled by the receiver.

OF COURSE IT WAS - WHO WANTS BIRTHDAY FLOWERS AFTER 10PM MEANING SHE WOULD HAVE TO STAY UP IN THE HOPES THEY WOULD DELIVER!

I advise the firm NOT to dare charge my credit card, but they did and I have filed a dispute with my bank.

MY ADVICE - STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO BE WASTING TIME TALKING TO YOUR BACK. THERE IS A GOOD REASON THIS POORLY MANAGED COMPANY HAS A POOR RATING ON THIS SITE!

Good experience World Florist Association

I used World Florist Association. Ordered two birthday cakes with card message. Singapore time 1 pm which was 12 am Brazil time. Cakes delivered by 11.30 am Brazil time. Less than 12 hours. And good quality too. They also responded to my email within 3 hours of my online payment.

Buyer Beware

Company over promises but extremely under delivers. Buyer beware, I will never use this company again nor recommend them. Only reason I provided a one star rating was because there is no other lower rating to select.

I’m afraid I have experienced the worst…

I’m afraid I have experienced the worst of this company.

I ordered flowers for my mother’s 65th birthday – we live in different countries and WFA said they could deliver in Cyprus.

At 3pm on the day of her birthday (after I asked them to be delivered in the morning) they sent me an email saying “Urgent – we do not have a contact number for the recipient” – they have had my number (and order) for a week and didn’t think to check with me. I hastily sent them my parents’ contact details 2 minutes later and didn’t receive a response all day. I tried calling their numbers in the various countries they operate all day – same voicemail message for all of them.

I have still had no response from them at 18:30 Cyprus time, my mother hasn’t got a gift from me, I am going to have to call her when I get home from work and I am sure she will be disappointed.

WFA is a scam – has anyone ever got anything actually delivered from them, or even a response to calls and emails?

Worst online flower shop ever, Sara with sendflowerstodubai is very rude!

This online flower shop was advertising on their site visit a scrolling kiosk that they were still taking orders for delivery on December 24th. It was December 23rd and I made an order on the assumption it would be delivered by the end of the day on the 24th. On the 24th I attempted to track my order and it said still processing, so I sent an inquiry. I didn't hear anything from them until December 25th, I was then told by Sara that I missed the cutoff for delivery on the 24th, although I ordered based on the guarantee of delivery on the 24th. Not only was it not going to be delivered on the 24th, bit she told me it wouldn't arrive until the 26th. She sent me some screen shots, stating that they showed a disclaimer, which they never did as I read everything carefully, she was super rude and condescending, essentially stating that I was wrong and it was my fault. I then tried to cancel the order and get a refund. They did not cancel and delivered on the 26th anyway, 2 days late. I still requested a refund, Sara proceeded to argue back and forth with me via email, each email was more and more condescending and rude. The last email I received was very unprofessional and it stated this exactly, "We can only handle genuine complaints! We will contact the recipient tomorrow and let the recipient know how the sender is demanding a refund for the order and threatening us with a negative review despite our cut off schedule clearly stated on the website and hence they need to return back the delivered products.

Sara"

This really upset me, it upset the recipient as well. I wrote back telling her how unprofessional she was, and I never heard back from her, and I never received a refund. I am going to write this review on every site possible as this is the worst business I've ever dealt with in my life.

Not recommendable -bloodiest flower shop for dubai

I have ordered yesterday flowers for delivery to Dubai. On the website it was promised that the flowers guaranteed to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The delivery date has not been adhered to and therefore the order has not been executed or does not use it anymore if the order reaches the recipient later! I would like my money back since the contract was not fulfilled. I can not recommend this shop!

Absolute joke of a company

I ordered a gift basket for someone in Dubai as a fathers day gift. The basket I selected stated that it includes "Beth's chocolate chip cookies, English toffee, Chocolate truffle cookies, biscotti, Lindt truffles, Cashew Roca and a Ghirardelli chocolate bar."

Firstly it was two days late but the recipient thanked me for the hamper and sent me a photo and I was just shocked to see what this business had sent. It honestly looked like such a joke I wish I had seen these reviews before purchasing. They sent a small box of 6 forrero rocher, a pack of savory biscuits, a box of three dates, a small bag of nuts and a generic chocolate. Out of the 7 original items, they substituted it for 5 much cheaper ones.

Customer service was extremely unhelpful and rude, in particular a lady named Sara. It seems this is a common practice of the company, advertising goods of a higher value and substituting them with those of a much cheaper value. Customer service kept stating they had a right to substitute due to their policy: "Please Note That We Reserve The Right To Substitute Any Product With A Suitable Product Of Equal Value In Case Of Non-Availability Of A Certain Product" which seems to be acting as a legal loophole for them to substitute advertised products for much cheaper ones.

The only resolution they offered was to go and collect the gift basket back from the recipient as long as nothing had been opened... As a gift company, to go and make a recipient give back a gift when its not even their problem is so unprofessional.

They are clearly taking advantage of the fact that people purchasing these gifts are never going to see the delivered product a majority of the time. What angered me the most is that none of the three numbers given on their website as customer service numbers are in service, they all go straight to voicemail and even when leaving messages the call is never returned. When emailing customer service for a number I was ignored five times until being told "As stated before this is our final offer and we cannot provide our managers number to you!" .. so rude!

I was then given a poor reasoning as to why they substitute with cheap products: "Please consider that we have to send someone to buy products from the local market costing us several man hours. We then have to pack it and arrange the same in a basket. Also we have staff salary, bank fees, payment processing charges, currency exchange fees and deliver fees." as if thats a legitimate excuse.

Beware.

irresposible company

They don't deliver in time. They will not update you. You cannot reach them, only on email that will last to a day. Valentines day have past and still up to this date of review no flowers has been delivered. But the do know how to apologize. they should be having a company for how to apologize on things. I dont recommend the company, look for other flower shops.

Ridiculous hampers, poor customer service

The hamper we received was a joke - instead of the promised contents, it had 1kg mayonnaise, and 500g rolled oats, and other junk.

When we tried contacting them, the phone numbers on the website didn't get answered. All correspondence was by email. They refused to give a working phone number or call me. They apologise constantly, but don't work to fix the problem.

They are based somewhere international - they won't tell you where. Their phone numbers are listed on each of 160+ "sendflowersto" websites, but never answered.
Finally, I resolved the issue when I called World Florist Association, India (phone +91 231 03000).
They promised to call me 20 emails, but never did. They eventually refunded the money, after the phone call, and only after they had the mayonnaise back in their hands.

Google the below phrase to see all their pages.

Send Flowers to was established in the year 1983, to help individuals express feelings and thoughts easily using flowers. We went online in the year 2004 when a brilliant computer engineer undertook this family affair.
