Well packaged and fast shipping.
PACKAGE came really fast once they shipped it. They were a little slow initially but I think it was cause a holiday in Japan. Other than that. So far ok.

Thank you for your full support, although we didnt receive merchandises here in Mexico (they will arrive in these days), the service is efficient.
One small issue, Fedex/DHL's exigencies of SDS doc. for home theater speakers (which uses magnet) we think it is too much exigencies which we hope they dont disturb you with such excess (Yamaha to whom I asked SDS said it is not necessary, who may have felt stressed, asked by me. I understand Fedex/DHL exigencies and their business risks but it is too much to ask to normal end user like me).

Everything was good except They were closed on Sunday luckily I managed to get it resend to them on Monday
Everything was good except the freight charges to my country was crazy expensive
Much more expensive than the DHL or FedEx if I use them directly , even Sagawa or ems is usually a lot cheap but they were marked up very high by them but I hard no choice

Legit forwarding service with real shipping address
I was skeptical at first because this site doesn’t have many reviews, but it’s legit! It was easy to use and had a real physical address you can send packages to which is nice for shopping at stores that don’t support overseas shipping.
Processing was prompt and the shipping was fast but a bit pricey which was the only downside. You can combine packages together to send for a cheaper price which is also nice.
Communication with their staff was easy once they received my package at their warehouse. Got consistent updates on the progress of my package as well. Would use this service again!
