The packaging service was very poor
I clearly communicated my packaging requirements in advance, and the customer service representative agreed to them. However, when I received the package, I found that my requirements had not been followed, and there was insufficient cushioning, which resulted in damage to the item. They even refused to take responsibility for this, and their attitude was very bad.

Quick and reliable delivery of a large shipment
Sendon.com shipped a set of four car wheels for me from Japan to Europe.
The customer support staff was very helpful and quick to respond to my questions about shipping methods. I found the service quite straightforward and easy-to-use.
Finally, although other similar shipping services exist, Sendon.com in particular is nice in not being tied in with a proxy shopping service (though they do offer that), allowing shipping of items purchased from anywhere in Japan. I was satisfied with the service and look forward to being a return customer.

Don’t simply declare invoice, you’re wasting people money
First, u simply declare item in your invoice, caused Malaysia custom charge me higher import tax. Item 1, can you explain to me what is toys-game card? Where you see any game card from my item?
Second, in your invoice you divided total amount 21,384 into 3 part, 7128 each. But only item 2 game software has the value, art book and key chain are free gift, NO VALUE.
Third, you only need to declare 1 item which is video game for 3 pcs, not 3 item and each item jpy 7128.

Regarding the game card, yes this was our mistake.
Regarding the prices, our system automatically calculates the total of the items that you input and divides them by how many items you have.
We have never had a problem with this up until now, and also when you used our service in this past you never mentioned any issues with this. Also, customs usually does not go by the price of the individual item, but by the package total which is why our system is like this.
We have taken this into consideration and will work on changing the system to prevent this issue from happening.
One last thing that we would like to mention is that you stated the keychain and artbook have a value of 0. Unfortunately, it is not possible to enter a value of zero on a shipping invoice. It would need to be at least 1 JPY. Please keep this in mind. Also, there was no invoice in your package.
