Things did not go entirely to plan (no fault of the company, circumstances alone) but following the instalation and follow up calls and visits I could not fault. More than willing to help.

I have been very impressed with Senergy Direct from the off set. Sean in Sales I met under unusual circumstances. Sean explained the equipment that was necessary for my needs, I was very impressed. The Installers Mikey & Tommy were a good team fitting the appropriate equipment both internally & externally.
I totally recommend Senergy.

A happy friendly member of staff (Chris) arrived and did a very thorough inspection of the entire system from panels to batteries via the inverter in the attic. He washed and cleaned all the panels Then went beyond the call of duty when he spotted a broken tile just above the top row of panels, called me , on the ground asking if I had a spare tile. I did so he took the broken one out and replace it with the spare in about four minutes. He was very helpful in explaining things, as are all the staff at Senergy Direct. A great company and a happy, competent and friendly staff,

Engineer arrived on time, confirmed what work was required. All completed quickly and efficiently. No problems.

They arranged to come out and was prompt and arrived with in the time frame.
Found the problem quickly and repaired the fault,as well as checked the system was up and running again.

do not trust Senergy, they came to install, said everything was completed, we paid then found out weeks later that they said theyd fitted optimisers but they didnt, its now several months on and were about to start a court case...

No hard sell and my replacement inverter was installed the day after I placed the order.

Everyone we dealt with at Senergy were helpful in getting a good job done for us. The job was done to a very good standard, the price was slightly higher then another quote we had but the quality of installation and communication was worth it.
