Found the team polite , helpful and understanding , kept me informed , as electrical engineer was delayed in traffic . In all pleased with service thank you .

Kept us updated with their arrival time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Cleaned up well. A friendly crew.

Installation went well but the equipment was not working correctly. But engineers came promptly and kept trying. New part ordered and installed. Batteries now re programmed and all working well.

Company very attentive throughout the whole works. Very pleasant workers, couldn't fault them and they left no mess when they were finished.

Chris was friendly but remained professional. Explained what he was doing . A pleasure to have him working in my home

Found what the problem was with my system and fixed it very quickly, fitted a battery in with no problems. Very pleasant company.

The Engineer was very good, explained everything he had done. Was polite and helpful.
The Salesman needs to be sure he quotes the figures correctly.

The company carried out the service and I was kept informed of a late start to the work. However due to the late start, work on tidying up the leads could not be done and I was told of a future visit to do this work. I look forward to this visit. Everything else seemed to be completed and my app was connected to the system.

Engineer was nice chap who knew what he was doing.
However I feel Senergy Direct should have words with the suppliers of their Invertors with regards to the software they use for customer information.
It would be useful if the Enginner or Customer could insert their current FIT reading into the software and let the new invertor carry on from that point, rather than the software starting at Zero

The engineer, Chris, was on time, polite and did an excellent job leaving the area clean and tidy. He also pointed out an anomaly between the front and rear optimisers. (Photographed and sent to service team for actioning).

I Had Sean from Senergy Direct come out for a chat, to explain all the details regarding my solar journey and i can not recommend him enough. Sean was very professional, supportive and very clear with all the ins and outs. He explained all the equipment that was necessary for my needs, I was very impressed. I highly recommend Senergy.

Arrived on time and was tidy and quick at install the extra batteries and pods.

The person who came this time was slightly older and more experienced and it showed. He was very helpful explained everything and got on with the job.

The whole process of dealing with Senergy Direct was a breath of fresh air. The representative was informative and friendly, detailing the scope of refurbishment necessary on my solar panel system and the cost of the work. The engineer who visited to carry out the work was committed to doing a good job, including putting right a botched job by another company. I can wholeheartedly recommend them.

Chris arrived at my property in the agreed time window, he was very knowledgeable and explained the workings of the soler /battery system and again completed the examination in the agreed time. Chris set up my tablet to receive the app to enable me to check the performance of the system and I am now waiting receipt of the device from Synergy to get it up and running. Thank you.

It took a month for someone to come to sort out the
problem, but on the day Chris was very pleasant & he
did a brilliant job.

Had a visit today from Graham Waxman, organised yesterday after I was contacted to review my panels and equipment. On the phone I gave all details about my circumstances at present, they said they'd send someone to see what was what and go from there as they had someone in the area. I met Graham tonight, what a guy! Once he found out my situation he knew there was nothing the company could do right now, but still he sat with me, calmed me, and gave me wonderful advise on what to do going forward. Graham didn't push for what I don't have, he was understanding yet continued to be helpful, despite a wasted long journey. This is one rep in a million, I have no doubt. Thank you Graham.
