polite efficient installation team with good back office support

when the original inspection was carried out we were informed that all aspects would be checked.
when the inspection was carried out because of our veranda they were not able to check the panels on the roof, I would have thought this should have been picked up on the original inspection

Senenergy were very quick and neat and tidy. Their reoresentative Isaac came last week and today Chris arrived just before 12.00 am. Tested every thing and cleaned the solar panels. He left me with a receipt of work done.
Both representatives were neat and tidy, easy to talk to and helpful.

From start to finish this company cannot be beaten, they explain everything fully what they are going to install and why. You are kept up to date when the installation will be completed and the name of the engineers that will be completing the work by a phone call followed up with an email.
The engineers turned up on time, very thorough, clean and tidy and answered all my questions.
Received a phone call from the office after they had left to make sure that I was happy with the work and emailed me further information that I might need.

I phoned Senergy Direct in the morning concerning my recent failure to receive data from my Tigo optimisers (SD installed them a year ago). They said a site visit might be needed. However, Nicole from the company phoned me back in the afternoon and persevered brilliantly with me for the best part of an hour until the problem was solved - thus making the need for a site visit unnecessary; a win win for everyone!
