Pleasant, well mannered lads. Despite horrible, wet weather, they worked tirelessly to get the the job done.

The two lads, Tommy and Mikey who turned up to change our consumer box were excellent and had to work in not the best of conditions but despite the access restrictions did a great job and even though it took a long time (not their fault) they did stay late until it was finished.

Customer service from office to the installer was fantastic. Installer was good enough to work round my other appointments would thoroughly recommend to friends and family

I feel that they are a pretty balanced company, there sales team proved to be exceptional in the way they explained things and times put on when they carried out work. The team at Basildon was also good in the way they helped you. As far as the installation was concerned, they gave themselves a day to install the whole system and only two to carry out the work, they would have achieved this if a third person was included. However, I need to point out that everything was working in day one. Some remedial work needed completing on the final day. In all we had work carried out over three part days in total. It was pleasant to have cheerful workman around that were knowledgeable in their prospective work roles and they worked hard to please me. I did think that booklets for the devices should be handed over but feel that the content of these documents are my ore than technical for many customers having this type of installation. The electrician showed us how to set up the app, showing how it operated. He also showed me each item of equipment and explained how it fit in with the solar panels. I made the final payment when I considered work was complete but refrained myself from paying before I believed work was complete. All I am waiting for now is the final battery documentation and necessary certification that I am expecting shortly. Everyone has been helpful and they listen to your comments from the outset.

Ashley Green, Regional Manager of Senergy Direct, showed me the total capability of the system I own, which had not been shown me nor explained to this degree by a previous company. Ashley advised my to change to an EV Tarif and to contact him when that was achieved. He then undertook to remotely programme my system for Off Peak battery charging which will save me money and prolong battery life, all of which, I am most grateful for.
