We have only begun our journey with Senior safety Medical alerts. I am getting this device for an elderly friend that lives out of state. Customer service has been very helpful and answered all my questions. It was delivered quickly. They sent it right out! The unit was easy to for a novice to hook up. THEN I needed her to have a bracelet instead of a necklace. No sweat! So that is on its way, too. Excellent job!
