Always responded promptly when button was used (several occasions), contacted EMS quickly, and followed up with family notifications. Exactly what we wanted and needed for our Mom. Working through customer service also went smoothly. Actually having a human being to talk to with good communication skills is a rarity now so it is a good exception.

Sorry to hear the system arrived 2 days after the expected delivery date. I see you ordered the system on Sunday and we shipped it the following business day, on Monday. Sometimes The United States Postal Service is not perfect in their delivery and occasionally packages arrive a day or two later. The system appears to be connected, tested and ready to call for help in the event of an emergency. If you still intend to cancel our service, you will receive a refund after the equipment has been returned.

From the first call to receiving the product everything was easy including setting it up. First contact was great, and the representative was super friendly and extremely helpful. I'm so happy I made the choice and can now rest easy knowing my mom has a direct connection to help if she needs it.

Great Product & Service!!
My 92 year old mom has been a subscriber of Senior Safety Medical Alerts for more than 12 years. Mom lived independently in her own home until recently, when she moved to Assisted Living. The medical alert works as intended, but more importantly, the staff and customer service team are efficient, helpful and very kind!! We highly recommend this company!
