Our situation is a little different than most. They put my mind at ease if something goes wrong. I could encounter a medical situation and my sister cannot dial a phone as she’s challenged. I know they would send help if she could not explain.

I am a home health social worker and found you all on the Internet about seven years ago and you are the only company I use and recently got one for my father thank you guys for your good service

Good communication, honest discussion about which system would be the best without trying to sell the most expensive, in fact a less expensive system was recommended as meeting my needs and not the one I thought I needed. Setup was easy with no problems (how often does that happen?). Any questions I had were answered fully and I was asked questions to assure that I understood, and I feel comfortable knowing that I can contact them if I have future questions or concerns.

What made my experience great was Senior Safety saved my mom. My mon had fallen in the hallway of her apartment, and she couldn’t get up, my mom pressed the panic button on her necklace and the operator had spoken with her and called the fire/ambulance service, and with in just a few minutes, the medical team arrived. While waiting for the ambulance, the operator had stayed on the line until they had arrived to help my mother. I was quite surprised that the operator of Senior Safety could hear her. The main panic box was in the living room, my mother had fallen between her kitchen and living room hallway. My mom surfed a broken femur bone, and is alive and recovering. I don’t know what I would do without a service like this! If she didn’t , no one would known that she was in distress!! And wouldn’t find out till later that night!
This service is very well worth it!
After a few hours at the hospital, someone from Senior Service had called me to ask how my mother was doing!!
I couldn’t believe it!!
There are people out there who actually Care about another human being .These days, it’s nothing but hate and division.
Not this company.
It’s all about love and respect.
