Excellent service.
We phoned on Thursday and could have had someone out the following day but we chose to wait for a couple of days. Jordan arrived dead on time having phoned beforehand to let us know he was on the way. Nice man. Very helpful. Would definitely recommend him and the company.

Jordan and Aaron did an excellent job of the installation. Very happy with their workmanship, clean and tidy. They explained the product professionally and left with us knowing everything we needed to know. The chairlift is excellent quality and we’ve been very happy with the whole service from start to finish. So, top marks Senior Stairlifts and Jordan and Aaron. Thoroughly recommend them.

Poor communication
My mother was priority as she was in hospital and needed a repair to her stair lift so they did try to fit her in quickly.
However, the first time they allocated no one turned up. I phoned the office and someone said the engineer would be there at 7pm but they did not turn up at all. There was no communication.
The next day the engineer came at 9am but did not have any batteries despite me telling them the problem and make of lift so they knew what to bring. He said he would call back later, but never did. No communication.
The following morning he did arrive at 9 and did the job.
We were then charged more than had been quoted over the phone.
However, in fairness to the company, they have fully investigated what happened and put measures into place to prevent this happening again and given a full refund.
