Sennies were so helpful in finding us a great nanny. I was very impressed by all the candidates they sent us. I felt that someone from sennies was with me throughout the entire process answering questions and helping me figure out which sennie would be best for me. In the end we are extremely happy with our new sennie. I would highly recommend using sennies to help find a sen nanny.

SENNIES made the whole experience seamless for me. I was pretty anxious, and my brain totally overwhelmed at the thought of starting the process of finding a nanny - but they were such kind and attentive listeners that I really felt understood in our brief. We were in safe hands from that moment onwards, and now exceptionally happy with the results!

The Sennies team were extremely friendly, flexible and understanding in what proved to be a quite complex situation with my 4 year old son. The database is easy to navigate and the Sennies team were helpful in setting up and advising on introductory meetings. Whilst the process is slightly costly, the 'legwork' of finding the right sennie, vetting and other administrative tasks is all taken care of and the follow up support is great as well. Totally worth it for the peace of mind, covenience and constant support and guidance. Plus we have a great Sennie is who the perfect fit for our situation and our family.

Sennies has been welcoming, reassuring and responsive from the start. We are always able to reach out with any questions and have been very impressed with the service our family has received.

We found SENNIES when looking for more specialised daytime care for our toddler, recently diagnosed with autistic spectrum disorder. It's always slightly stressful trying to find the right person to care for your child as there are many things that need to feel 'right'; add additional needs into the mix and things can feel even more complicated.

SENNIES were fantastic to work with from the off. Georgia really understands her sector and is very professional, and we didn't have to wait long at all before we met several candidates. We made our hire about two months ago and we're thrilled with our nanny, who brings a wealth of experience in autism with her. The agency offers ongoing support to clients and the sennies themselves, which is a great bonus.

I would have no hesitation in recommending SENNIES (and I will!) to any families with children who may require particular expertise from their nanny or carer.

We first used Sennies to recruit in the depths of lockdown in late 2020. We are based out of London so a more challenging search. The team were very attentive and helpful throughout the process and we successfully employed someone who started in early 2021. Sennies then stayed in touch to provide support and training to our sennie, which was much appreciated. Sadly, for personal reasons, our sennie left us in late 2021. The job market had changed by then so it has taken longer to find a suitable replacement. However, the team kept at it and were helpful in suggesting different approaches depending on the forum. We have now secured a new sennie and are looking forward to welcoming her to our family. Our only - minor- issue was the occasionally erratic mode of communication. That all said, we would highly recommend Sennies!

Georgia and Anthony found us our unicorn. We'd been really struggling under the weight of the COVID pandemic and inappropriate childcare for our DS4 who has ASD. Georgia and Anthony spent a lot of time qualifying our needs and then communicating back and forward with us on different strategies and tweaks to our job request. Within a 6 week timeframe they had found us the perfect candidate. They had sorted through a lot of unsuitable applicants so by the time we met our new Sennie, we only had to do one trial to know it was right. Yes, you have to spend a little but every penny is worth it in our book for the quality of life this service has given us back.

Sennies are simply the best in the area of special needs nannies. There are other agencies that are a bit more expensive so you might think they might be higher quality, but Sennies best them for both personal service and ability to deliver. We've been very happy with our experience of hiring through Sennies for quite a role with a complicated set of needs.

Sennies took the time to understand what we were looking for in a nanny - what skills, experience, training and attitude was needed, for the best fit for our family. It was especially helpful that it's a neurodiverse team and they understood our child's perspective, it was faster to explain. They were pleasant and professional to interact with. We could tell they really cared that we would find the right nanny through them.

It took a few weeks before there was a sufficient set of candidates. We had a few good candidates they put forward to us. All of them looked qualified, and everyone we decided to interview was appointable.

We are very happy with the nanny we found through them, she's the best yet and we hope she stays long term.

And they were good and followed up with her and us a couple times to make sure that everything was going smoothly once she started. They also offered some free training or follow-on advice through a SEN consultant.

Superb: lots of time was taken to understand our needs, prompt responses given on questions and we found a lovely sennie equipped with the extra special skills for my 10yo. We have laughter back in the house plus ongoing help and follow up from Sennies. A genuine step up from the run of the mill childcare service I've experienced before with proper expertise in SEN care.

A brilliant agency - all of the team were really supportive from start to finish of the process. Genuinely listened and helped us to find the perfect Sennie having had some painful experience with a mainstream and non-SEN agency. The process took time but was very much worth it. This is such an important sector of the market too I wish Sennies every success!

Brilliant staff, super helpful, super motivated. I would have been really stuck without them. Not cheap - but truly excellent.

We engaged SENNIES to help us to find a new full-time, live-out nanny for our B2, who has epilepsy with global delay.

Both Georgia (CEO) and Elinor (Head of Recruitment) were extremely helpful in working through our needs with us, and they quickly (< 2 days) prepared and posted an excellent job description that accurately reflected our requirements.

Within the space of a week, Elinor sent us through 3 profiles, all of which were very close matches for our JD, and helped us to set up calls with each candidate. A further 3 profiles were provided a few days later.

As well as the candidates that SENNIES provided to us, we were also speaking to candidates that we found through other routes. In the end, it turned out that we hired a nanny who did not come to us via SENNIES but instead via private recommendation, as it just so happened that this privately-recommended nanny was absolutely perfect. As such, we can't say for sure how it would have worked out if we'd gone on and appointed one of the SENNIES candidates.

In spite of this, we didn't regret engaging with SENNIES - and paying their commitment fee - at all. It really helped us to refine our view of what we were looking for through speaking to Georgia and Elinor, who are clearly very knowledgeable and caring about the needs of parents like us, and the candidates that they sent through to us were great. Had we not come across our perfect candidate via recommendation, we'd have been very likely to appoint one of the SENNIES candidates, and even with our other candidate it made us feel more confident appointing her in the knowledge that we were choosing among such a strong pool.

If we do find ourselves needing another nanny in the future, SENNIES will without doubt be our first port of call.
