Excellent helpful service. First nanny did not work out perfectly but they went back into the search and found an amazing nanny/sennie that we love. Excellent customer service and caring attitude to do this. Would definitely recommend.

Sennies helped me to find a personal assistant for my son. I had very specific expectations regarding experience, temperament, skills, training and availability. Georgia was patient and understanding as we had to reject otherwise great candidates because of our specific needs. But we did find that needle in a haystack and seven months later it's still working out really well. I felt my custom was valued and we had a very personalised service.

Sennies provided our family with a replacement nanny quickly and efficiently. The needs of our family were carefully considered and suitable candidates made available to interview at our convenience. The after care and support of our nanny by SENNIES has been fantastic, with additional training provided as needed by our new nanny, in addition to consultations for us as parents which has been a real help during challenging times.

Really great responsive agency who want to genuinely find a good nanny fit for your family. They listen to your needs and are honest about which applicants will tick the boxes. I was under a lot of pressure with homeschooling and other things due to Covid so they were amazing at following up and booking in interviews and trials. Also a lot less expensive than another expert SENs nanny agency! A friend recommended them to me after her bad experience elsewhere and I am really pleased she did. We’ve been very lucky with our help so far. If you are looking for a SEN nanny then give Sennies a call.

Recommend Sennies if you need a special needs nanny. They are very reliable and have a very big candidates database which will give you the best candidates you won’t find anywhere else. We started our research by ourselves for quite a few months with no results so used them and now we have the best nanny for our son. Well done Sennies.

I contacted two companies about special educational needs nannies for our son and Sennies was quick to respond; within hours I recall (we are yet to hear from the other company!). We very quickly had an introductory telephone call to describe our requirements, a day or so later, had a selection of sennies to interview via zoom who were all very capable and eager, and within seven days had found the right fit for our family and employed our sennie. It’s been over a month now with our sennie in place, and we’ve never looked back! We’ve been so impressed by the service; it’s personal (they listen to your needs), professional and the process was swift and simple.

Sennies were fantastic from beginning to end of the process - very proactive, helpful and patient. I was very impressed with the quality of the candidates they were able to source and the speed at which they moved. I would definitely recommend them.

I really loved working with Sennies to find a nanny for my family. Georgia was always available and went above and beyond to find the right Sennie for us. It took a while we didn't find the perfect one straight away but even through the ups and downs I always had Sennies there to discuss the issues we had encountered. There was always an open an honest communication and a dedication to finding the right person for us. I have worked with many agencies over the years and Sennies is by far the best one! I was recommended Sennies through a carer. I was initially worried to try a new agency as my child has very specialised needs. They were very easy to work with and seemed to really understand what I was looking for. I found someone fairly quickly, which has proved difficult during lockdown. It became quite clear fairly early on that the placement wasn't going to work, for reasons not under Sennies' control, so I needed to find a replacement quickly. They really stepped up and provided me with a wonderful replacement who fits all our requirements. I will be using them again.
