I wonder how a company claims to be ethical and want to help people with ADHD yet scams people of their hard earned money using confusing tactics! I only signed up for the trial and next thing I've been billed for 3 months usage for €73,84. I did not agree to this. I feel this is fraudulent behaviour and I am waiting for a full refund of my money. No prior notification that you will be billed,nothing...I just got a notification from my bank, if this isn't a scam, I don't know what is. I will only edit my review once I receive full reimbursement of my money...I have sent an email to sensa i hope they respond soon.
Update: So I received a follow up from Sensa that they have no refund policy, but as a friendly gesture, they would refund only half of my money and I would have access to the subscription for 3 months. At this point I am genuinely confused, however I will wait to see if the half would even be refunded.

Content-rich and user-friendly app!!
The instructions are super helpful and clear. Really easy to use, so you don't have to spend time learning how to use it. The insights are profound and in ideal bite-sized pieces for steady progress. Has a lot of content so is well worth the price!

Reviews for Sensa
My experience with Sense has been consistent and calming. Making time for myself to find peace and silence in the madness has helped me focus on what really matters. I journal everyday with the sensa App. I check in on my morning and evening routines daily to make sure I am taking care of myself. I use this powerful knowledge to share with other Moms on my FB group,
called: momswithkidswithaspergers
so that they know about Sensa as a resource to help them find peace too.

Shady billing practices/ opportunistic predators
Like everyone else is saying - CRUEL PREDATORY LIARS!! I cancelled on day 7 as I put it in my calendar to do so- this was NOT a “FREE” 7 day trial. I did pay $1 for it. On day 6 they had already charged me $79 for 3 months. I immediately contacted them, to cancel and refund and they said I actually had to cancel 48 hrs before the end of 7 days and it was “CLEARLY” stated in the terms. I said “CLEAR” would be to call it a 5 day trial and give you 7 days before they auto charge you almost $100! They then offered to discount it 50% which I appreciated and agreed to. The next response I got was well you filed a complaint with PayPal so there is nothing we can do. I forwarded to them the email from PayPal acknowledging I was working with them so they aren’t doing anything- any refunds need to come from Sensa and Sensa responded again you got PayPal involved so no deal- WHAT??!!!! This is unreal? I have bad ADD- this is opportunistic and predatory behavior against a vulnerable population!! the worst part is I actually DID cancel the trial and so i can’t even log in to something I paid for against my will. I will NEVER recommend this to my patients- business practices are TERRIBLE!! Charge me a $20 cancellation fee if you must, but this should be illegal

Works for me
I am picking up skills and routines that are really making a difference in how I regulate my thoughts and emotions. I love that Sensa is presented in small, manageable "bites", and that if I miss a day ( or a week) I can just pick back up where I left off. Very helpful!

Another auto-renewal scam victim here
Another auto-renewal scam victim here. This company’s policies and practices are predatory, to say the least. I have a longstanding practice of noting any subscription end or renewal dates in my calendar, with reminders to cancel. This wasn’t there, and I have never even used this app. Upon getting notification of the charge cia PayPal I immediately emailed Sensa to explain and request a refund. No dice. As others have shared, they are punitive and scammy in their billing practices. Run away!

Beware of this app
Beware of this app. Not true to their words of taking care of the mental health of those looking for help. I requested to get refund less than 24hrs after they charged me for $79. I appealed to them to refund due to unexpected expenses of my child. But this company shows no compassion to people. Other apps have 14day money back option. Just added more anxiety on my end. Thanks sensa!!

Great little app
It is an easy to use, attractive app, keeping me in line without being intrusive, so far I really like it!!!
I like the daily check-ins, it's good to be reminded that I often feel good when I am down!
I like the courses, I'm on day 8 of the procrastination course and it is very interesting, giving me a lot to think about!!!

What a scam
What a scam. I paid for a week’s trial and they helped themselves to the cost of a 3 month subscription. I do not want the app and did not realise that they would take my money. It is a terrible company that preys on people with adhd

Deceptive subscription details
If I could give this company 0 stars I would. I was attracted by a Facebook ad and after filling out the quiz I was prompted to sign up for a 7-day trial a cost of $1. After getting my payment information a prompt came up for $59 upgrade which I did not select, however, my card was charged $59 and it was an auto pay which I canceled immediately. I reached out to the company regarding the error and they Said they could only offer a 50% refund. I have disputed the payment but just a warning beware of Facebook ads.

Watch out that you cancel this ASAP
This may be a decent app but their policies in respect to tricking people into extending the subscription are the standard these days. I tried it out and didn’t like it and next I knew I was getting a second billing. I assumed the first but since I didn’t use it and they can see from the app itself that I only used it 6 days, still refused to cancel the second charge. My fault certainly. Yet a little understanding from a mental health group might go a long way in customer appreciation.

Sensa preys on the vulnerable
I signed up for 6 months, they didn't give me a billing agreement, they emailed me to-do lists for a month, then nothing. Six months later, I get charged again for a renewal I didn't even have evidence for other than Paypal notifying me. I messaged their customer service, and they basically said too bad, so I went through Paypal, and then Sensa emailed me again saying they wouldn't be able to refund me since I opened a dispute with Paypal, as if they would have worked with me!
This company is a scam. They don't give you any proof of subscription, then they disappear quietly and collect more money from people with depression, ADHD, and anxiety while giving them no notice or confirmation, and certainly no service. I haven't gotten anything from this service for well over 4 months!
Save your money and look elsewhere for support in your time of need.
Update 8/17: Sensa will also tell you to contact them for appearances in response to these reviews, but they will ignore your email. It has been 3 days since I emailed them after their response to this review, and I have received no reply.

I signed up for 7 day trial period in…
I signed up for 7 day trial period in the website but I have to cancel it because I downloaded the app and subscribed in it. I contacted support to cancel my trial period in the website and they emailed me that it's already cancelled. After seven days, I was billed $79.20 to my surprise. It was my last money and I was really disappointed. But I just emailed the customer support and ask them to issue me a full refund. After a while, they issued a full refund! I was so happy! I also thought they were scamming people because of the reviews, but their service is legit! Just ask help from customer support and they will gladly help you out!

Scam
I did install it, but the bit at the end.. about the subscription price, really confused me. It said they would charge me £1 after 7-day-trial, which is fine but then they said it would be £6.60 then £76.00 after 3 months!
Unfortunately many many people have fallen for this, but make sure you re-read the ending. Ironic that the app is about "helping people". Should be ashamed.

It’s a scam
It’s a scam. I signed up for a 7 day free trial for $1 and was immediately charged $43 for a 3 month plan. This was presented to me as an ‘upgrade’ to the ~$70 plan (minus the ‘true’ cost of the 3 month subscription). I didn’t give permission for this charge and the explanation makes no sense - it seems like it’s designed to confuse the buyer. I’ve asked for a refund and will update if I receive one.
