Just started my journey and it’s great! I’ve had lots of app and “systems” before and so far, it’s user friendly, helpful and nonjudgmental. Not overwhelming!

2nd day only
So far, and it is only my 2nd day, Sensa, makes sense. I am enjoying the reminders and task list. Today I tried the de-stress exercise and found it very helpful. I understand that no plan can work if you don't work it, but I feel as if I finally found the one that fits for me.
Thanks so much.

Echoing other reviews: Immensely disappointing
As per other reviews I found the app to be pretty useless for my needs and I ended up not using it within weeks. The company fails to send a reminder that a new subscription charge will be taken. UK law stipulates that there is a 14 day cooling off period with subscriptions but that is clearly not applied in this case as a polite email to customer services within hours
of being charged for another 6 months was flatly refused. Had they been
a bit more accommodating I would not be writing my first ever review on Trustpilot.

This app is a crap app
This app is a crap app! Like others stated it was misleading with annual renewal...the app it's self was worthless and I found no use for it only to be charged for a renewal of something I found useless a year later 😑 in which they refused to refund! Do not be fooled by this useless app rip-off!

STAY AWAY!
I agree with the other reviews, this company takes extreme advantage of neurodivergents! Don't fall for it! First there are absolutely zero reminders, so you immediately forget you have it.which is what they want. Then you're signed up for reoccurring charge after 6 months with no easy way to cancel. Then they are a "no refund" policy if you didn't cancel before the reoccurring charge. Scam! Scam! Scam!

Don't fall for it, fellow neurodivergents
This is what I call taking advantage of target audiences struggling with ADHD. I had high hopes for this one - I should have for €30/month. Turns out the functionalities are as limited as any basic, free routine app. And the lessons you have to read every day ( also not, very ADHD-oriented) are outdated and available on any free website if needed.

Agreement is misleading and signs you up for recurring. Did not find app useful at all. I cancelled and they claim I did not do it 48bhours in advance. No notice they just take the oayment

It's really to early to give much of a review. The app is easy to navigate. I like the notification but not any over the top cheerleading.

Time Well Spent
Investing a few minutes each day into reading the articles on Sensa and instituting a bunch of new habits (and insights) has been great. With Sensa, I finally broke free of the pandemic/lockdown lethargy. The articles helped me understand myself and ADHD more. Checking in day by day helped me shift things is that my life again feels productive and good. My only complaint is that there is just a month's worth of content. Regardless of which plan you choose, you can't simply go back and review lessons after the month, so why do they offer the other plans?

I would argue that this is a scam
I would argue that this is a scam. The content is very, very light and highly repetitive. There is limited to no value, and cancelling is a challenge. Buyer beware!

Renewed with no warning, no refund. Do business at your own risk.
Edit - July 2023: After several exchanges, I finally secured a refund. Despite this, I still faced overdraft fees because of the charge. Ultimately, I cannot in good conscience recommend a company that insists on using unauthorized auto-renewals. This practice is unacceptable.
06/23/23 - Like a number of others, I've experienced the auto-renewal with no prior warning. Reputable companies don't do this to customers. In my case, it also happened to cost me an overdraft charge, which added insult to injury when they told me I couldn't cancel and get a refund. Do business with these people at your own risk, and don't forget to unsubscribe a month or so after you sign up. My guess is they'll be all over you in plenty of time to renew then.

Scam -- Do not use
Scam -- Do not use.
This company engages in fraudulent advertising and business practices. They do not send subscription auto-renewal reminders and engage in deceptive, bait-and-switch pricing in their online advertisements. Their app is barely functional and, even when it works, mostly useless. They take advantage of people in vulnerable mental states. It's shameful. Avoid at all costs

No notice of payment due
Be warned that it was my experience they do not make it clear you are signing up for a subscription and they did not provide me any notice before they charged me when the subscription renews. Their policy is no refunds. I was able to work out a solution to my complaint after several emails with their customer service.

No warning -- unethical
I don't actually recall ever signing up for service, as I have a great therapist and don't suffer any of the problems they list. But then 6 months later, without a warning of ANY KIND a renewal came in through my paypal.
I asked to have the service canceled, but they said once the renewal starts there's no refund. Think that is unethical not to give a renewal notice.
----UPDATE----
SENSA HEALTH responded here with an apology inviting me to recontact them. I did just that, both by email and to their Facebook page, and over a week later they offered me a 50% refund inviting me to use their services over the next year. I have no interest in their services or I wouldn't want a refund. When people have to resort to these tactics, you have to question their service.

Nowhere does it say that you only have 28 days of content.I paid for 6 months so now what am I supposed to do? There are other subjects so why can't I choose one of those? Why doesn't it just automatically let you do that? I have reached out to support so we will see what happens.

Sensa = Shady Business Practices
I signed up for the "best value" six month program. I didn't find it helpful. It was actually tedious. I stopped using it and forgot about it. They autocharged me for renewal without notification and won't refund because I didn't cancel before the autorenewal. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES.
