Sensational Seats Sux!
I wish I could give less stars. We traveled to Red Rocks from Oregon with assurances our tickets would be delivered in time. Four o’clock on show day and they’re still making excuses for their seller. Telling us they need to give them one final chance and have to wait until 5:30 local time. Two f _cking hours before show time! Ruined my wife’s 50 birthday celebration! F_ck this company and that seller! Never again!

I can't say I have any complaints about the process of getting the tickets that went smooth. I think it would be nice to be able to choose my seat numbers but I might be asking the impossible. The complaint I would have would be with the fees all ticket sellers have relatively similar fees but in the end Sensational Seats did great.

Details of pick-up and return were shady
It was not presented anywhere during my purchase that these tickets would not be available at the venue. It also was not explained that they were required to be returned the night of the event, immediately after. If I had known of these details, we would not have purchased these particular tickets. Some convenience would be appreciated for spending this amount of money.

Oversold tickets
After purchasing tickets and being charged, I received a call saying that the tickets didn't exist and I had to call back to okay a refund. Don't sell tickets that you don't have and then, I shouldn't have to call to authorize a refund. Just refund me and apologize for your error
