Sensational seats has offered the best ticket prices I've seen so far with no gimmicks or hidden fees. Hope to use them again and again!

DON'T BUY TIX FROM HERE! There was a $100 unseen processing fee that I never saw until it came out of my account. I called the customer service phone number & an obnoxious, very unenthusiastic lady answered the phone. When I explained to her my issue she rudely retorted, "All sales are final." Do not buy from this whack sales site. Ever. For any reason.

The "convenience" fees, "delivery" fees and all the other hidden fees are ridiculous. Seriously, an actual delivery fee for emailing me my tickets? You've gotta be freaking kidding me. Also, the other fees change depending on the price of the ticket. That's just garbage and just plain greedy, just like that atrocious "delivery" fee. Make the fee a single, standard flat fee , regardless of the ticket price. And the increasing prices of those fees are beginning to make using Sensational Seats obsolete. In other words, I'd rather just go directly to the box office for the event I want to attend because I'd only be saving a couple dollars buying the tickets online. And I'm seriously talking about only a couple of dollars. With such little savings, I'll just go directly to the box office and not feel like I'm getting ripped off, thanks.

My wife and I purchased tickets to see the Nashville Predators play and it was a great experience. No issues at all. We will use them again.

Extremely easy getting the tickets, but would have liked to know that they were obstructed view seats.

I purchased my tickets online expected to get them via mail. I never got them received an email 1 day before the vent to tell me the tickets had been sent to a local fedex and needed to be picked up. Needless to mention the Fedex location was across town from me. veey dissatisfied with their customer service poor communication .

Seats were easy to print out and the seats were exactly what we expected. The fees at the end of the purchase surprised me a little so i would definitely shop around first to see which website is the best deal.

Great seats for less than other resalers prices with lower fees. Easy to download and easy to navigate web site.

Pretty seamless experience. I still don't like to see the fees pile on at the end, but still good price.
