Scam, ordered a battle rope last month, never arrived no reply to any emails. Currently trying to get my money back

Wrong straps. Again.

Not a goog experience at all.
I ordered 2 heavyweight skipping ropes, they arrived quickly, but were not what I ordered. The handles were totally different. I've endevoured to contact the company, to no avail. I should have read the reviews prior to ordering. Lesson learnt.

Sent a damaged product. Instructed me to return it. I returned it by recorded delivery and they still did not refund me even though I emailed them repeatedly.

Is there any way to actually contact this company? I've received the bag months ago ,happily quickly. I've been waiting on the base for 2mths, I've been in contact , hit and miss on response. Any advice appreciated.

On worst outcome anyone got a base to sell or want to buy a bag as going no where with this company .

Ordered a punchbag and recieved the bag part of my order but still waiting on Evri for the base part of the parcel , Evri said they delivered 2 times but they haven't and i can't speak with anyone from senshi japan as no contact number and getting nowhere with Evri just automated crap , really annoyed as paid £180 for half an item thats useless without the other part , been waiting weeks and sent loads of emails to senshi japan no response from them , and just keep getting the same automated crap off Evri with nobody from either company getting back to me to reslove this matter 😡

We bought a punch bag from this company, which gives their due arrived quite quickly. However after a month's use, the bottom floor clip ripped off the bag. We have been trying to contact them via the website contact email, Facebook and the email linked to Facebook but no response. We would have happily purchased further items from this company but if their after sales are this poor we will be using a different company.

Do not purchase from this company it's a con.
I purchased 6ft Freestanding bag for £180
3 weeks later a cheap plastic base arrived. I question when the bag would arrive and waited 7 weeks. Only for another base to arrive. The customer service is shocking and refuse to give a refund.

Excellent communication, delivery exceptional and product was very robust and easy to install.. highly recommended.

Over a month since taking my money, no product has been received. It was 'sent' 5 days ago, yet the delivery company have yet to receive it. No communication or replies to my emails. Avoid this company.

Purchased Black PunchBag - arrived a few days later - was a completely different bag to the one pictured on website. Am awaiting a response to numerous requests for incorrect product to be collected.

Good product, quick delivery and easy ways to pay. Ordered an outdoor punch bag for teen son to support him with his boxing lessons and he loves it!

Punch bag stand broke within about two months. Tried to contact as i had activated my warranty, no contact whatsoever from Senshi and I'd tried multiple times to 3 different senshi email addresses. Will never buy from here again.
