I paid 8k cash down on my Tahoe. My wife setup our weekly payments to come right out of our account. The payments are clearly being taken out on the bank statements. So sensible auto calls and says your vehicle is up for repo we need the location. This is after 12k is paid off on a 16k vehichle. So we asked why? The bank statements clearly show it coming out. The guy on the phone says we have to look into it. Doesn't get back to us. One Saturday morning my wife comes outside and what do u know our Tahoe is gone. So my wife and mother of 3 that takes care of her gram with cancer starts panicking calling the police they said it was repoed. So we called sensible auto and they said your behind (bank statements say otherwise) but ok how much behind. 2101 and some change. Had to be paid by the 28th or it was going to auction. Ok so we scrape together the 2101 and call back they changed it to 2189 they added a 88 dollar payment that wasn't due for 3 more days but ok fine. Was paid by 3:48 that day. Before the 5:00 deadline. Called the repo company they said there's no release. Only a release to the auction. Now that's odd why is it released to the auction before the deadline. So we called sensible again and what happened ofcourse no answer can't talk to a supervisor or nothing. So next day we call back and they inform us that they had a policy change and unless we come up with the remainder by yesterday (28th) than the vehichles goes to auction. I asked when did this policy be put in place they said on the 27th so I never signed agreed to or read this policy but my wife talked to them right before we paid the 2189 and they said our vehicle would be released, so they lied and another supervisor got on the phone and started talking about well the policy was put in place on the 28th . So what lie should I believe? So I asked a couple other people I know that had them and no new policy I did run across 2 other people that had similar situations. Pothetic. Millionaires taking advantage of people like that. I hope this company goes under. I'll be contacting the attorney general and the news. I hope no one else falls for their crap. There's already a ton of reviews.

Very bad service , not organised at all , some of the people working there has no idea regarding they jobs .I have Been adviced very badly by one of the staff membre in the hotel, and lost a lot of money.I don't recommend their service ,just a waste of money & time.

I am so grateful for Sensible Car Finance, the service I have received has been incredible. I can't thank Alex enough for the help he provided to get my dream car which I finally have! It was not easy but that didn't stop Alex from pushing through and succeeding in helping me get the car I wanted. Alex would spend time with me on the car search making me feel valued and the outcome has left me with nothing but praises and happiness! I will forever be so thankful. No other broker would help me the way Sensible Car Finance did, I would 1000% recommend.

I dealt with Josh and was outstanding had no bother what so ever he even bartered with the seller to have the alloys on my car powdercoated before I collected the vehicle 10/10 guy deserves a pay rise.

The WORST auto loan company ever! I was on life support so I couldn't make my payments, the day after being out the hospital they came and took my vehicle. I called to make the full past due payments and they tacked on a extra $560.00 OVERNIGHT. They refused my payment. Then refuse my right by law of a copy of the break down of $560.00 charges, telling me to pay it first. Who pays a bill first without seeing what they are paying for? This company then tacked on a extra almost $300.00 a day after that! I never received a call, email or text about a potential repo. They have no respect for life or morals

My handler was called Ellis, absolutely went above and beyond to chase up the finance company to get me approved as soon as possible, answered all my calls and replies to all my texts he was an absolute pleasure to talk/have a laugh with over the phone and just wanted to say cheers mate 👍🏻 ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
