I had an issue with my hand blender, one of the mechanical parts stopped working while it was still under warranty. I contacted customer service, and they responded quickly and professionally. Even though my model had been discontinued, they offered me a replacement without any hassle.
I loved my original blender, and the new one they sent seems very sturdy and well-made. I’m really happy with it. The whole process was smooth, fast, and easy. It’s great to see a company that stands behind its products and honors its warranty even after a model has been discontinued. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Gourmet Professional mixer from Sensio Home and both the whisk and beater attachments have broken. I contacted the company asking for replacements but because the mixer has been discontinued they said they cannot help me. Obviously this is unacceptable as the machine is no longer useable! They either need to provide replacement parts or give me a full refund. I will not be buying anything from this company ever again!!

We have had our Sensio Air Fryer for a while which has been a god send. Recently we noticed the chrome coating on one of the knobs was peeling which was quite sharp. We contacted Sensio and immediately they sorted the problem and are sending out a replacement knob. Many thanks to "Danielle" who was so efficient. Great work. Highly reommend the product and customer service.

The Sensio 10L Mini- Fridge / Heater I bought from Amazon stopped refrigerating just less than one year in use Since it is covered under Warranty by ‘MPL (Sensio) Home UK Ltd, sent the Amazon order confirmation as proof of purchase to them to which ‘Danielle’ immediately responded with a list of actions and checks to perform As soon as I reported no success, she confirmed that a replacement would be sent without needing the return (just a photo to prove that I’d safely cut off the power lead)

As soon as I sent the photo, she dispatched a replacement and the whole process took just 3 days from reporting the problem on 13/5 to receiving the new fridge on 16/5
