VERY POOR SERVICE

Bought a Sensis dishwasher in local shop in July 2025. It worked twice and then broke, problem with salt dispenser.
Still under guarantee, so calling loads of times. NO ONE answers the 'under guarantee' line. So phone another number at Sensis and never get to speak to someone I can understand! Sensis EVENTUALLY send out engineer, who doesn't have the right part. Then then have to order a new part (still waiting in mid sept!!!) Then they send out another engineer who thinks we have the part! We don't . VERY BAD communication. VERY poor customer service and VERY slow. GIVE me a NEW dishwasher. DON'T buy from Sensis.

A complete pack of tools!!!

This pack of tools buggered up my yp add big time!!!!
After rude word up the add they didn't even offer to return my money!!!!
