Terrible customer service

Bought an American fridge freezer from Orwell Retail Park,Ipswich store.. Gave our door measurements to salesperson at Ipswich, to be told that’s not a problem if necessary we take the doors off to get in. On delivery, as suspected did not go through door but delivery guys would not take off doors as they said it had not been booked in and needed payment and had to get back to depot at 2.45pm. They left it in our garage took old one away ,leaving us with nothing except cool bags full of food.we called salesperson and made additional payment, but do not understand why this was not done at time of booking as we said many times thought it would be a problem. We were then told by salesperson could not install it for 5 days.which was no good as we’re going on holiday the day they said could do it. It was booked in for day after our return and still had to wait till end of the day. Have to say the second team were very good and installed it in 20 mins , so cannot understand why the original team refused to do it. concerned that we were left without even fridge for this time and we are nearing our 80s.

friendly and efficient service

Leonards Euronics Catford have delivered and installed a new dishwasher. staff were extremely efficient and curteous. The salesperson on the phone was very helpful,knowledgeable, patient and friendly. The installation was arranged within three days and two engineers arrived on time and took away the old broken machine anx installed the new one seamlessly. I am fully satisfied with their service.

I WOULD GIVE EURONICS NO STARS.

FURTHER UPDATE. Euronics persist in claiming that the sale was through an agent despite their website stating otherwise. They are still selling the same item stating 'sold by euronics' but deny this. It turns out that once again this is probably through an agent. Buyer beware if things go wrong as Euronics will then inform you that you did not purchase from them. As it happens the agent I was unware of as the seller was very helpful but Euronics just keep sending me the same response denying what is actually for all to see on their website. They do also supply directly from their own stock but claim that this is not the case. I give up! UPDATE TO A EURONICS SAGA.
Unfortunately the actual seller does not appear on Trustpilot as I would give them 5 stars for outstanding service through Euronics - H. F. Sheffield.
I would give Euronics no stars as both Sheffields and myself were caught up in their mess. BUYERS NEED TO BE AWARE that even if their website and your payment through the website says that it is 'sold by Euronics' it is most likely that it is being sold through an 'agent'. This can be any store in their selection that they choose as a 'market sellers'. Note that is it states that delivery is by the name of another company and not euronics this is being sold by the company, not only being delivered by them.

However, if anything goes wrong Euronics wash their hands of you despite the fact that you believe from their website and your receive of order and payment confirmationthat you have bought directly from them. Fortunately the actual supplier was extremely helpful when I had to return an appliance, but it might not be the same on every occasion. The seller is also now having to deal with this confusing situation.

Euronics claim to have great customer service with all sorts of help available (technical, etc), but It is only due to the seller and not Euronics and a stiff letter laying out the Sale of Good Act 2015 that I am getting a speedy refund. (Not so speedy as apparently their banking system takes 5 - 10 days and I thought we had fast computerised banking).

This has left a bad taste in my mouth and sadly ruined what could have been a good relationship with a local seller who turned out to be a great find.

I have informed Euronics about their misleading documentation and website entry but they have just sent back an automated messsage. They appear to have no interest in correcting their website as once again the same appliance is being offered for sale stating that is is 'sold by Euronics' with 'delivery' by another company. It does not state that it is being 'sold' by another company as an agent. Interestingly the wording ' sold by euronics' is is in very very tiny print that could easily be missed as it in about 6 point.

Hoover dishwasher from Euronics

Just had a hoover dishwasher delivered from euronics in Welshpool. Not sure if it was a return or not or if Hoover didn't package everything up. The inlet hose was fastened so tight it creased the hose to such a degree that it was unusable also the funnel for adding salt was missing so I had to use a tundish.
Not too impressed at all.

Exceptional customer service experience…

Exceptional customer service experience from the amazing guys at the local Cubbington Warwickshire store. Made a enquiry about a instore purchase regarding some technical issues with a sound bar went above and beyond to come out to the property and make the necessary adjustments. Excellent service

Received first class service and information when purchasing an oven element from your Bromsgrove shop, even though the oven is 20+ years old. No attempt to upsell...just £35 and I was on my way. No hesitation in recommending this company. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

The helpful sales lady explained the different tumble dryers. I chose the one I wanted and it was delivered and fitted within the expected timeframe.

Calverts/Euronics Church street Seaham

WE purchased a Neff cooker and Bosch gas hob from Calvert's Seaham branch.
The customer service was second to none. The goods were delivered when they said they would be delivered on time , both goods were in excellent condition .
The gas fitter was very professional also turning up on time and very helpful.
We cannot recommend this shop highly enough for their excellent service.

Blazing Electronics Service

I had to make a distress purchase of a fridge/freezer. It was Monday 15 December 2025. I bought the item from Faulkners of Louth online at 0830. I rang Faulkners of Louth at 0900 and they agreed to deliver that day. The fridge/freezer arrived at 1400 on Monday 15 March and was set up by the 2 lovely gentlemen from the shop. This was barely 6 hours after purchase! What incredible customer service.!

Euronics agent- SCAM ALERT in N3 3LD(Appliancentre Ltd)

On 2.12.2025 I needed 3 appliances urgently and the internet sent me to EURONICS website which were rated by Feefo as EXCEPTIONAL! Their website asked me for my postcode so they could put me through their nearest Agent called APPLIANCENTRE located in 219 Regents Park Road N3 3LD. I went personally and paid £1067. The owner of the shop said that delivery will take 3 days; I chased it; he was rude and said he couldn't deliver them but he will refund me the money.He gave me a print out paper and said to wait for 10 working days. Now 27 days later still I have not received my money back, I called and he puts the phone down, he doesn't reply to emails and he keeps mostly the shop shut so is impossible to get hold of him . I checked his reviews and to my surprise it seems to be this shop is operating the same setup since long ago doing the same to the other customers. Please read all his reviews from different platforms. Your EURONICS website states that if we buy from an Euronics Agent we have to deal directly with that agent but your agent is not refunding the money or replying at all??
If you visit your agent's website he has at the bottom of his page your business name and mentioning excellent reviews. If you have not been informed about the practice your agent is doing while representing your company please don't send send more innocent people to that branch. Can you please look into it and into passed reviews so you can help other victims. Many Thanks for reading this and Merry Christmas.

"FATHER CHRISTMAS ARRIVES IN THE FORM OF AN ENGINEER"

Reference Eastbourne Store in Seaside.
On the evening of Tuesday 23 December 2025 the Bottom Door of our Hotpoint Cooker disengaged itself from its hinge, resulting in it hanging off and a Turkey awaiting the use of an Oven on 25 December!
Contacting the Store @ 8:40am this morning - 24 December - I wasn't optimistic of getting the problem sorted but "Father Christmas" sent me an early present of an Engineer @ 10:15am, problem sorted!
Now that is what I call Customer Service (10/10) on a Christmas Eve and that is why we also buy all our White Goods from them - best price always!
Excellent Engineer also.

Amazing customer care

My wife and I recently purchased a new oven from Euronics (Loughborough), and the service was outstanding from start to finish. It’s staff were friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions and explain everything clearly. They helped us choose the perfect oven, removed our old one for recycling, and installed the new unit—all at a very competitive price. The customer service was excellent throughout, and we were even given time to get used to the oven and ensure we were completely satisfied before making payment. I would highly recommend Euronics to anyone looking for quality electronics, great value, and exceptional service.

Thank You Steve + Mark at Hailsham - East Sussex. I paid over the phone and my freezer was inside my home within 30 mins. Wow. 5 star top rated. Unlike those that make promises to take your money then don't honour their delivery day or in my experience often deliver to the wrong address.
