Best company by far for products and customers service. I am a regular customer with sensum scent. Robert from the customer service team truly went above and beyond to help me with my faulty Sensum diffuser. replied very promptly to each email. my problem was solved quickly and smoothly.

Great customer service
Received a sensum unit which was faulty.
Emailed company and Robert replied very soon after to ask me to dispose of faulty unit and new one would be sent out immediately. Have now received new unit (wrong colour, but hey ho 😉) perfect support from Robert. Thank you.

I bought 2 Sensum units for my…
I bought 2 Sensum units for my daughter’s Christmas. My impression at first was that these were very expensive and overpriced. However after rec them my opinion has totally changed, they r absolutely stunning, they look good as well as presenting beautifully in any room, the few oils I purchased are amazing. Indeed I’m going to purchase a 3rd one for myself as I love them so so much. Don’t hesitate if you’re thinking about buying one, go for it don’t waste any more time. Also aftercare service was amazing as I ordered 3 of the same oils in error and customer service team rectified this without any hesitation and sent me out another 2 scents that I’d wanted at no extra charge.

Great product shame about delivery company
Love the product smells absolutely amazing so happy with it l, so the reason for the 3 stars I waited about 6 weeks due to the delivery company used DPD absolute nightmare to get anything delivered but then I'm sure it was about 7 times they where to deliver, give Robert at sensum his due he did keep sending out a bundle whilst waiting on they stuff returning back but highly recommend they use a different company they are horrendous and the person I bought it for didn't get at Christmas so that's no so good
