All around review
I’m really glad that this is a legitimate product through a legitimate company:) After ordering, I received emails about the status of my order, including when it was shipped and a tracking number. Unfortunately for being in China, there weren’t details once the shipment reached the US, but the shipping time was pretty accurate. I’d already read in other reviews that the “books” in the photo weren’t sewed on as they appear, but printed on flatly, so I was already prepared and not disappointed. It is still a very nice bag and cute. The large bag is large! It easily fits my MacBook (in its own case) and file folder and other books altogether. I did get the option with the zipper and shoulder strap. I will likely use the shoulder strap, so I’m glad about that, but the zipper is attached on flaps that don’t go end-to-end on the bag, and the end of the zipper just hangs down in the bag. Tbh I’ll likely just cut it out because it’s not all that advantageous and also hinders the access of bigger items. The inside lining is nice and soft and yellow! Which I actually really like :)

Love the bag but...
Love the bag. It is the 2nd one i have ordered. However, this time the bag hsd some minor damage from shipping. The bottom corner was crushed in and the side of the bag had a deep crease which I am still trying to fix.

NEVER AGAIN.
If I could give a zero, I would. First let me say the product quality for the prices they are selling at are terrible. It says it is actual leather, but it clearly only looks the part. My order also came late. The first of three shipments wasn't even close to what I ordered. It was the wrong book-themed bag, wrong name, but they detailed it as mine. I only got the third shipment almost exactly three months later. And it wouldn't have come at all, because I was told it was lost in transit and never bothered to check in on its status. I had to email customer service multiple times. This is a birthday gift that will be months late.

I fell in LOVE with the designs of their bags. Plus I bought them when the deal was BOGO free. I chose the Horror and Shakespeare bags. I did have some problems with the size of the bags. I ordered mediums but when they came they were gigantic. I would not be able to use them for every day use. I reached out and I worked with Jennifer to discuss the size. I ordered them on 10/31/24, I received the agreed upon purses on 02/07/25. I did everything the company asked of me. I did reach out to PayPal. As I said we did reach an agreement. I did receive both purses in small with my initials. Even though it took a while, the customer service team and Jennifer were really amazing. I’ve seen negative reviews and I understand those reviews. But for me, I’m telling you as long as you are very careful with the 3 sizes (they run BIG), and the instructions if you want your name or initials, make sure you are careful. I love my purses. You can’t beat BOGO free on purses. These are very detailed and they look amazing. I would have given a 5 star but it did take some time to work through the process.

This will be the one and only time I ever use this company. The item I ordered arrived almost 2 full weeks late. The quality of said item was very poor... extremely unsatisfied. The guidance for writing reviews is insulting... I don't need guidelines to warn people about your conpany...

The purse has a big split on the side that was missed when sewn. Bad quality control. Further, I paid for real leather and it appears it is not. There is cardboard backing on in one and foam on the other. Waiting to hear back from Lydia

Received damaged/flawed bag. Customer service replaced it with a lesser bag (not the same) and it had similar damage/flaws. No adjustment in purchase process was made.
Neither can be used. Wasted my money and time.
